It's simple: first delete everything and download everything again. Install the "DOC APK," open it, and wait until you get the "missing obb file" error (this is so the game creates the folder where you'll paste the obb file). Then, take the file ending in ".obb" (it's the seventh file shown in the image), go to the Android folder, then to the obb folder, and look for a folder with a name related to the game, for example, the word "doc."

Hmm, I think... you misunderstood the controls (and I'm not very good at adapting the Android interface...). You're supposed to tap the screen repeatedly, not the back button. Also, does that dialogue text always appear, or only sometimes? Dialogue shouldn't appear while that specific action is being performed.

The scene is already in the game, but there's no way to access it yet. I still have some issues to resolve, but it will be available in the next update (in two weeks).

Can you explain your problem more clearly? Are you unable to exit the action? What do you do before you encounter that error?

To answer your question, for both toys, the plug and the dildo, you have to click on the doctor's rear end to insert them, and you can click multiple times to push the toy in and pull it out (you must put the handcuffs on first).

• Because the model isn't adapted to use the bones that Unreal Engine uses, it has many deformities. I'd like to use the donations to commission a 3D model artist to help me rig the doctor's 3D model better so it doesn't break. Therefore, I can't add clothes to the doctor right now (I'm really bad at 3D modeling :/).
• Actually, the mobile controls are easy. They'll use dynamic buttons, buttons that only appear when needed and disappear otherwise to avoid taking up the whole screen.
• And I don't quite understand "add other patients with her." Could you explain that more clearly?

Interact with the doctor by spanking her or using the toy shown in the image. This is still in the prototype phase, bro... it's not even a beta yet. Leave a comment with other possible interactions the player could have with the doctor :)
