Just so you know, looks like if you lose your last heart and then immediately get into a sex scene (atleast it happened on the 2nd level) then you don't get that butt icon that replaces your hearts.

I chose to let her know the first time, then reloaded to pick the other option. the scenes just didnt feel morally right to watch, so I just reloaded to the unhappy save...
