I can't help you with that limited information. A typical case would be that you don't have enough space on your phone to install the game or the APK download was incomplete. Make sure you have enough space and download the APK again.

You need to unlock the love lens in the Konbini store.

There is a reverse function, but due to mobile contol limitations it is currently only available in the PC game. It might come to mobile in the future though.

Snapshot saves your progress automatically. There is no manual save button.

Make sure you download and install the game directly from our itch.io page. Do not use the itch.io app or run the game in a sandbox or virtual environment, as these can interfere with saving.

On Android, install the APK directly and make sure the game has sufficient storage space. Your progress should be saved automatically when you exit.

If you run out of love lens strength then its time to upgrade it in the Konbini store.

As for Hanako: once the Jacuzzi is unlocked you should invite her on a date again.

You are either having a corrupted installation or you are trying to play on an unsupported device.

Upgrades to the love lens make it stronger, making it easier to reach later photos.

Love lens police photos are unlocked as part of Yoruko's story.

You get hearts with her by paying in-game money at the love hotel. The final sequence, which unlocks her third heart, is only available for patreon supporters.

Huawei/EMUI hardware-decoder compatibility issue: Your device can't load the video but also doesen't comunicate that issue back, therefore the static fallback image is not used either. The next release has a fix for that by forcing the fallback after a while.

These events are zip files that you import into the game. Download the game (as is linked above) as an APK then select the event pack zips to import

Keep playing and you'll see that the game has much more to offer.
