On Mac you would also use an emulator to play windows games. If you have an Intel MacBook, the best workaround is installing Windows through Boot Camp and running the game normally. Apple still documents Boot Camp for Intel-based Macs.  

If you have an M1/M2/M3/M4 Apple Silicon MacBook, Boot Camp is not the option. You can try Whisky or CrossOver, which run many Windows games on macOS through compatibility layers. Whisky uses Apple’s Game Porting Toolkit, and CrossOver translates Windows commands into Mac commands instead of running a full emulator. 

It’s a different lens that you use on your camera via the camera dialog in the HUD. But you can also quick-swap lenses with the 1,2,3 keys

Once you have unlocked the x-ray lens and have returned to the Konbini store, you get an introduction to the explosion lens events. These are parts of the city events, which you can encounter all across town. You need to finish the first explosion lens event to be able to buy an upgrade to the x-ray lens.

You can buy the upgrade after doing the first explosion lens city event, which is also introduced in the konbini store.

We will bundle all free City Event packs here, which are separated from the main game and done by different people. If you don't like it, then you are welcome to ignore them and just play the main game.

You can only quickly relaunch the game and not activate it again, or you just remove it from your bonus content folder. It’s generally not advised to have many packs active at the same time.

Deactivating/removing a pack does not delete the saved progress, so you can still come back to all packs later.

What exactly is the issue? If the warning tells you to extract the game, then you either have not fully extracted it or you try to play on an unsupported system. 

The explosion lens photos come from city events. That’s not a lens you can buy. 

Im not aware of any visual issues. Try playing in lower graphics settings and make sure to use a supported system. 

That’s it: the explosion lens are city events. The story to unlock them starts at the konbini store after you have purchased the x-ray lens 

Possibly after v1.0, there will certainly be some more datable gate test beyond the current three. 

You still need to continue the goth girl’s story.
