i have one last question which is, you can only play a peril card if you can also steel resolve, right?

I'm not done with the drawings yet and I'm not a trained artist so i'm in no rush to finish them or share them, but there is a more exciting prospect I think and it is that this game serves as a cool way to create ideas for dungeons.

Not just with room layout, but the way the run develops creates interactions between items that lets you think of how a dungeon can work.

Here is a rough example, hopefully my handwriting is legible

Well. This makes a lot of sense.

Wait, hold on, so to clarify:

Steeling your resolve ends your turn?

I've been steeling resolve and playing a conquest in the same turn (which is to say, before drawing cards) this whole time

i love this game! downloaded the cards for free and planning to draw some art on them

last run i did i finally managed to play Gallows' Armor after destroying every peril on the board and absolutely wrecked the last berserker

the mini-bosses also work as challenges which is cool

edit: it would seem this isnt exactly how you comment but i think i got my point across regardless

oh wow

well im sure i dont need to explain how meaningful this is to read!

this also reminds me that i never indicated that A Scripture All Must Read, Even the Blind and Moth's Answer are all quoted from Book of Hours so I'm gonna update the thing to say that

its maybe selfish, or lazy, but i'm glad the themes held up more than i'm worried about the balance.

thank you for checking it out and leaving these words here!

I'm so glad I found this! I really like the way its written and along with the art it gives a sort of weirdly nsotalgic or melancholic, or heck even tragic feel to the knights. It's very inspiring to think about situations to pit them against my players.

buenas
