I've been working on a little game for a while, and it's finally ready to escape into the wild.
Backstage Disaster https://tilleby.itch.io/backstage-disaster - is a retro music management game inspired by the wonderfully chaotic music management games of the late '80s.
Start with four unknown musicians, write songs, rehearse, play terrible gigs, record singles and albums, deal with the press, argue with your band, chase record deals and somehow try to become ROCK STARS.
Along the way, things will inevitably go wrong.
Band members develop egos. Gigs turn into disasters. Journalists print nonsense. Money disappears. Careers unexpectedly take off. Musicians quit, fight, get injured and occasionally make surprisingly good decisions.
Sometimes a disaster is exactly what your career needed.
