Glad you liked the concept! I really enjoyed playing your game! I would never have thought about putting soccer and this jam together, glad you did tho! Loved how the 2D pixelart kind of gave a 3D feel through the way you used the space!

Hello! Thank you for trying my game out! Yeah, the gameplay is still quite sloppy hehe, guess that's what happens when you don't manage time right. About avoinding damage, I only had the laying down mechanic, but was thinking about having shields based on stamina or something as well, ideally the shooting mechanics (left mouse or space bar) should "destroy" the obstacles one by one as well, I'd love to have some other takes on this tho. 

I do plan to keep trying to develop this, so I might change the post to draft on the next few days after the jam is over. I'm really happy you liked the style and concept! Those were the only parts I gave myself decent time to develop lol, so I'm glad it kind of worked out at least for those aspects. I just tried your game, it is so beautiful! The whole atmosphere given by the aesthetics and sound is just captivating, your take on the theme was really creative as well, I'm glad you commented here so I got the chance to play it!

I had a lot of fun playing your game! It gave me sort of a nostalgic feeling from the beyblades days. The mechanics just matched so well with your game concept, all of that added to the game design resulted in such an exciting gameplay !

Hi! Thank you for trying it out! I'll be honest, I'm still getting the hang of game jams deadlines, so I didn't have time to test the version I submitted to here lol
I really appreciate the heads up about the controls not working, I just checked it, if you'd like to get a feel of what I was going for with the game mechanics, it mostly works with "disc 2" (at least in my computer, hope it's the same for others ) , anyways, thank you for the feedback, it really motivates me to keep developing the game!

Btw I just checked your submission, LOVED the cassino theme!!! It was really fun to play and I look forward to seeing more of your works!

Olá! Estou postando um jogo que fiz para o aniversário de Lkenji! Inspirado em pokémon e várias piadas internas, neste jogo você deve oferecer lemoranjas (uma fruta meio limão, meio laranja)  para todos os batatopets, como uma oferenda de amizade. Quando fôr amigo de todos os 8 batatopets, desbloqueará a chave para um misterioso portão trancado, onde te aguarda uma surpresa!

Hello! I made this game as a a birthday gift to my friend Lkenji! Inspired by pokémon and lots of inside jokes, in this game you have to offer lemoranges (a fruit which is half lemon, half orange) to all the batatopets, as a token of friendship. Once you become friends with all 8 batatopets, you will unlock the key to a misterious locked gate, where a surprise awaits you!

AVISO:  jogadores fotossensíveis, favor clicar em  um botão escrito skip, que aparecerá à esquerda, quando a batata dançarina anunciar seu ataque especial.
