My product is a PDF file. All my products are simple PDFs. No zip or compressed files. No exe. Just pure pdfs. There is no virus in that, and I will never put a virus in my product and lose customers. Please fix that. I believe you are using an AI system to flag content, and mistakenly flagged my content. Please manually review my account and fix the issue.

Why is that? I'm legit and I've been selling on the platform regularly without any issues for multiple years. The reasons that I connect from different regions are:
1. I'm a digital nomad, therefore I travel from country to country.
2. Most of the time I'm in China and I can only access itch.io throughout the use of VPN.
3. I use VPN for my own safety.
Definitely not a scammer at all. The place I log in doesn't affect the authenticity of my products.
I have a very positive and clean history of selling on itch.io, you could rely on that.
Please review that and unlock my account as soon as possible.
Hi, I haven't received the payout yet, it's been in review for 25 days so far (payout ID 166999), it's taking way too long than usual. I haven't had an issue like this before, so I don't think this is normal. I've sent an email to support and opened a ticket but I never received a response (request number 257415).
