This was a great read. Loved the pacing and it hits hard, in the good way. I like the hopeful note at the end, it feels "lucky" in a way that is very grounded, as in chance is a big factor in meeting new people.
Congrats to the team for making this! Hope you guys keep making stories and stuff like this in the future, I'd read it in a heartbeat!

It seems the VN has received backlash bc of the latest update. I don't comment often, but I feel I need to state my upmost support for this project.
I was already very happy with how things went so far. But the Hiro update has only strenghtenned my appreciation for Burrows. As a nb transmasc person myself, words really can't do justice of my feelings on the matter. I'm beyond happy of seeing representation in the main cast of a popular furry VN, and one of this quality to boot! Keep up the good work Nikko! I know I'll be following Burrows every step of the way! ≤3
Just finished playing build 0.1 and thought I'd leave a comment!
Even if there's not much content right now I feel this VN starts off quite strongly. I like the MC already - which is always a good sign - and the cast of characters we are introduced to so far (Trevor, Noah, Miss B) seem to be well grounded and have their own ''mood'' as well. Which, props to you! Especially Trevor (ngl, this bunny is quite a selling point for me heheh)
There's also some hints at something more sinister at play, which is a nice bonus. I'm quite curious what's gonna happen in the next days at the Lodge!
Although, and perhaps it's just me: the sprites seem to be a little ''too big'' (or rather their resolution) for the screen? I know this VN is still early in dev, and it's not a substantial issue, but thought you could get some feedback on this!
