Yes, it's only available on android and windows as you can edit the web game files

We try to test on as much devices as possible but we cannot find why it works for some people and not for others :/

We have some issues with sorting layers so this one is known. For the stamps and signature, I'll check on another device to check if I can replicate the problem. Were you playing on Web or PC version ?
