Thank you!

Yes, that's definitely part of where I was going with this. Stretch goals would also involve changing the art to reflect different weather/seasons.

Cool story! I like the callback options for different story points, made everything a little clearer and not like you were just picking options at random. Felt eerie, which I appreciate.

Thank you! Yes, I had some plans for changing text but currently they only change when you change the season. There are four versions of each location, and will be more when I get to finishing up the rest of the seasons. Currently time only moves forward if you go to sleep.

Fun idea, and you should totally add some dating game music lol. I like that you changed it to allow you to pick the adventurer! Would love to try them all without resetting the game, but I liked the flavor text you added!

I like the way the story changes if you choose to hesitate. Beautiful prose and imagery!

Yes I was thinking the same, but I got held up figuring out functions and didn't do too many play throughs to test playability. I'm hoping to tighten up a few things like that and add the rest of the seasons later, maybe some art and music as well.

Thanks for playing and commenting!

Thank you! I was really interested in the concept when I was first introduced. I'm hoping to be able to add the rest of the seasons later. And it's funny you mention that, because I feel the opposite about music! I love a really subtle or poignant background music as I read - one of my previous Game Jams, Lost Tomorrow, was made with me and a team of REALLY incredible musicians who added some creepy atmospheric music. I'm hoping to find some good public domain music, possibly some bird or insect sounds as well to add in.

Thank you for playing and reviewing! We could all use a little grounding this week :)

absolutely beautiful

Such a CUTE premise for a game, and I love the art style! There were some bugs with kit-min (which are adorable) getting stuck places, and it took me a minute to figure out which key turned the fur into little kit-min, but I could see this become a fun game system.

INCREDIBLE game, especially in a jam! I love the calorie counter at the end, alongside the height. And the fry jury made me laugh. The physics seem a bit crazy, but then again I'm a burger lawyer, so what do I know? The music and sound effects made me happy

This game is adorable! I love the bee drawings, and the little sound they make when the bird gets them is hilarious! The flower spawning also makes this a very interesting and re-playable game.

So much fun! The game play was simple while also being challenging, the sound effects and BG music fit well with the feel of the game, and the wizard was cute! I loved the picking of the titles at the end too!

Cute! And quite easy to learn to play! I enjoyed the premise, and the mechanics were super smooth

Such a cool aesthetic and music! Very smooth game play as well. If you continue to develop this game, a map (and possibly less closets) would be great!

It's so chill, I could probably just put the relax screen on and watch for, like, an embarrassing amount of time.

Thanks Paxton! I appreciate all your help and advice during this jam!

Beginner narrative designer/game writer here! I can write for a game, and I have some minor programming knowledge, so I'd love to learn more. Anyone know would be valuable for a narrative designer?
