Obligatory "I read the getting indexed page and FAQ".

When I first uploaded my game 5 months ago, it gave this message to anyone trying to download it:

"WARNING: This Page Has Been Quarantined

Our system has flagged this page for additional review due to potential suspicious behavior from the page owner.

If someone has asked you to download from this page and you don't fully trust them, or their behavior isn't what you recognize, then we don't recommend downloading this file until our team has reviewed the page.

Password-protecting files or pages is a technique often used by scammers in an attempt to block virus and other security scans from detecting malware. Do not trust password-protected files unless you fully trust the uploader."

Obviously, the game is not password-protected I emailed support and waited multiple months, and I never got a response while the restriction was never lifted. At that point I gave up, then tried again recently after updating my game a lot and making a much more presentable. The exact quarantine happened immediately, so I emailed support about it and it actually got resolved quickly.

Then a few days later I changed my game's thumbnail and it immediately caused this issue to return. No response from support this time, either. The initial support ticket was 378283.

Is there an issue with how the game is packaged that is causing the system to incorrectly detect it as being password-protected? Thanks.
