The referral URLs on my Analytics page all show itch.io links, including my profile page and some of my works' relevant tags, so, for the time being, it looks like all my referrals are currently internal.

I just checked my dashboard and noticed that one of my pieces, the original version of The Wifwolves of the Plains Pack, was put in 2 collections. However, I was unable to see which two collections they were in or who put them in there. I just wanted to see if who put the story in the collections and if they liked it or not.

Is this a privacy issue? If it is, I didn't mean to invade anyone's privacy or violate it. I was just curious. I mean no malice in this whatsoever.

I think I managed to solve the problem. My computer has AVG freeware and it has a new internet firewall feature (I don't remember the specific name at the moment) and I just added my Wi-Fi to the list of approved Wi-Fis and that seemed to do the trick.

I just viewed the photos again on Firefox and everything seemed fine for a while, then I tried to reply and the page didn't load, showing a "Secure Connection Failed" screen with the code "PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR." It's been doing that on other pages on Firefox very recently on my laptop. I logged back in with Chrome, but only on itch do the pictures (not just on my account, but seemingly the whole site) appear broken. This doesn't happen on any other site. I'm not sure why this is.

Today, I tried uploading a new book and attempted to add screen shots in Firefox. When I first uploaded some of them, they initially appeared as broken files. So, I saved my book as a draft and logged in using Google Chrome and when I went to edit my book, the screenshots I uploaded appeared normally, but when I tried to add more, they appeared as broken pictures still. I tried deleting the screenshots and readding them, but the same result happened. My book is currently a draft still until I get this issue resolved.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is something going on with the site, or is it some other reason?

Hello, everyone. I'm new here and created my account a few weeks ago. I'm looking for advice on marketing on itch. I'm not selling games here, but rather artwork and stories of the NSFW/18+ nature. Right now, I'm getting a few page views, but no purchases yet (though granted, I did just start only recently).

I advertised my most recent updates (and plan on continuing to do so) on both my Deviantart account and my Fetlife page. I displayed the main cover images and, for the image set, showed the previews used here on itch.

Of course, I'll keep on adding more stuff to be sold later on and will continue to advertise them like I mentioned above, but I'm feeling I could do more somehow. So, to any itch users whose output is similar to mine, what else do you do to increase views and purchases for your work? What extra advice could you give me?

Also, to any mods, if you feel this post doesn't belong in this category, feel free to move it to the correct one. Thank you.
