Yeah, that's quite a bit to parse through. Diplomacy is a whole kettle of fish on its own but needed for ppl who want to recreate that Great Kingdoms "domain" style of play. Of course Diplomacy is also the gate way into the dark arts of play by mail games like Starweb heh.
