Cant seem to find the discord for the game jam if there is one. If there is, can I have a link? If not, does anyone wanna start a discord chat to show each other our progress on our games?

Yeah. That's was I was thinking. Was just making sure. Thanks.

As the title asks. Can we use the mouse at all for ours games? like for aiming or no?

I'm a decent programmer for Godot. Reply if your interested.

Sounds good

Basically, if I get a prototype of my game done before the jam is done, I was wondering if anyone would want to playtest. I can playtest yours as well if you want. Only need like 2 or 3 people max. Once again, this is IF I can get a prototype done before submissions.

Love the visuals. Though they did mess with my eyes if I stared at it too much. Anyways, had a great time playing.

Best thing about the game for me was how the synth bursts into flames. Great job for your first game btw.

Fun time playing. I will say, the zoom is a bit much but would work well for an horror feel. Also, liked the jokes from the plants.

Really love the art style. Will admit the wall of text at the start was a little overwhelming but once past that, I had a blast. Honestly had more fun just shooting everyone.

I had a fun play. Got up to 25. If you update the game, you should add coins that you have to flip to a certain side or there will be a negative side effect. Idk though. Good job.

Yeah. I wanted to add a limit to the clones but ran out of time.

Nice idea but just needs better execution. I would personally lean into the dating app idea more with pictures you have to check and bios as well.  Not a bad game though, just would like to see more. I like it but the game would work a lot better with some more things to check. Anyways, Good job though for submitting a game. Lots of people don't even do that.

Edit: Sorry if I sound harsh, I just like to try to give constructive feedback when I can. I still like it and some of the jokes got me. Can't wait to see you if another game jam. Keep it up!

Some of the questions were fun. I would just add more. Like with some scripted events when certain questions are asked. Also, I would definitely change from the default sky box. It kinda took me out of the game a bit not going to lie. Anyways, I make it sound like I didn't enjoy your game. I did enjoy it, just wanted to point out some things I thought. I had fun playing and it was short. My favorite type of game jam game.

Here's mine. Its pretty short. 10 minutes max. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953433

Only takes like 10 minutes max so its perfect for a quick play and rating. As said by others, I will play yours after playing mine of course. Just reply and I'll get to it. Thanks in advance. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953433

I like the visuals and audio of the game. Only real problem I would say it has is the running out of bullets and not getting more from chests. Though that might be on me, could have missed something in the shop or instructions.

Edit: Beat the game, without any upgrades btw. I would add more upgrades in the shop and the ability to buy bullets. Other than that, Very fun game.

SPOILER: I thought it was MARCUS!! Honestly I didn't even open my notebook on the first run. Haha, fun game. Loved the little face in the painting.  Art is also really good. love the isometric view.

Really fun short game! My favorite type of game to play after a game jam. Also, really enjoyed the changes with the jumps.

Fun interaction of minesweeper! Perfect for a game jam. Sadly, I'm terrible at minesweeper so I haven't beaten it yet but will keep trying!.

Had fun with your game too!

Love the banter between the brothers. A short fun game. The perfect game jam experience.  Oh, btw. I also used my mouth for sound effects. Not the music though. Maybe next time.

Thank you for the comment! It was my first game I've made in a while so its nice to hear that. Thanks again. Might expand the game where you play without Jeff and try to get revenge. Idk though. What's your thoughts?

Love the visuals! Not the most on themed game though. Still enjoyed the game and characters.

Here's mine: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953433 (10 minutes max play time)

Here my game. Its a short puzzle platformer. (10 minutes max) https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953433

Love the camera movement and lighting. Also the horses. Caught me off guard.

Fun game. works well with the theme but is not the most original concept. Though you don't need to be original for a game jam. As long as you had fun and made a game, you did good. Not trying to say you're game is bad or anything. I've just played a bunch of trap games. Though the additional text is nice. Works well with the theme. Anyways, I had fun with the game and loved the art style.

Fun game. Could be better with more npcs to talk too and more levels, but its a game jam and the one level made is nice and polished. I did take a second to figure out how to win the game with the truth and lie boxes but once I noticed them, it was fine. That was on me.

Really like the simplistic design. Only level I didn't like was the one where the screen zooms in. Other than that. 4/5 stars. Great job!!

edit: Also, the spike collision box are a little unforgiving.

Not a terrible game but it can be impossible depending on how far away the bags spawn. Anyways, still appreciated that you got your game submitted. Good job!

Really fun. The third level gave me way to much trouble. haha. Good game.

I like the twist but personally I think it would be nice if there were some hints that the blocks would scatter. Like making them shake or something. I understand why you didn't though, works better with the theme. Anyways, fun iteration of tetris. Thanks for submitting!!

Played it. Hate it.

jk: Had fun and was a good challenge with fun mechanics and good polish.

yeah, I added sound last minute never, did music before, so this was my first. Thx for the comment!

thx! was really stressful near the end but I'm happy I made it!
