If you have a problem extracting the files from the device you are using there's a website called https://extract.me/ that'll allow you to extract the zip file online.
If you haven't watched Elena's video she is working on the mod adding new items, please be patient and don't go to her youtube channel to harass or rush her.
Your Ipad is an Apple product and the mod that is already out is for Andriod with the new update and laptops who are waiting until they get 1.7 but they have an old version of the mod it won't work for your Ipad until the creator creates an Apple version of Gacha neon the mod.
Try plugging your phone charger into your computer if you have one and then put your phone in the charger it should give you an option to transfer the file you wish to put on the computer after that select where the zip file is located once the file shows up on the computer extract and move the file back once your finish (Also make sure you're downloading the right one from the Google Drive).
Or you can try downloading the mod from this link I put the Android version on Itchio I do not wish to take the creators work I just put it on Ichio because no offense it is kinda actually better to get stuff from here instead of a Google Drive:
I'm not the creator, but it might come out during the summer since the creator is a teenager and school will be out during that time. They will probably have time to finish the mod unless there is something going on in their household, having to move, losing inspiration, or deciding to delete the mod because of Gacha heat.
Not to be rude but it's not the supported platform either yeah I get it's for 32 bit but the app itself is on google drive and many are struggling to get on the google drive and once they are on it many will see that they still can't get it because it always says "app not install" which leads me to believe that the file itself is corrupted.
If it's an Ipad the answer is no but if you have a regular tablet then yes it should work since a regular tablet has an android operating system something that an Ipad does not have but even if you try theirs 20% chance it might work because theirs something wrong with the Apk but try the Andriod link and see if it will work.
If Android. exits from the game, turn off your wifi then enter the game after you get past the loading screen you can turn back on your wifi but for Pc, I do not know.
