Proton is an option, ive heard it mentioned as a fix in previous comments so maybe try that

i have a few
1. kurfur clipped himself into the floor of the base (presumably due to the collision weirdness while sleeping)
2. maxwell spawned inside the concrete foundation of Bravo and is unreachable other than his music playing around the corner of the sat he's under
3. beacons have weird behavior when there's a disabled one laying around so that if any new (turned on) beacons are placed they use the position of the disabled beacon for the map and ATV marker
oh and nails keep hanging in the air and are non-interactable (but this has probably been posted alot)
