I've been saying the same thing, glad I'm not the only one.
I'm not lowering my dpi to 700 something to get the correct sensitivity, no one should have dpi below 1600 for latency and pixel skipping reasons.
I would just like a larger sensitivity range, doesn't go anywhere near low enough for me.
