I like this one a lot. The strategy element is easy to understand but has a lot of depth, and I like how you introduce the different units over time. I like how you translated the Aztec codex style into a game-y artstyle!

The art and little animations are really charming!

man, I wish when I was sad a green headed person with a boombox would shoot vibe beams directly into my soul and make me go YAY

I really like planting games, and the fact that you physically plant seeds in this one is cool. I like the way compost leads to additional plant types. I really hope you continue developing this idea further!

I think the way the enemies hinder you by slowing you down (and thus, not allowing you to draw the loop) is a really good piece of design. The art is also very charming!

Hiii Cary!!

This was really fun. It reminds me a little (in a good way) of Mini Metro. It's fun to see the board changes to my actions (I somehow ended up creating a lot of zigzags). Really curious on what "expert" level play looks like here.

I've seen a couple of "draw a loop" games but the way you integrated the upgrade mechanics is really interesting! It makes my mind swim (ha) with ideas on what other upgrade possibilities there could be.

Really fun! It reminds me of a lot of those wordle variants that have you guessing multiple words. The roguelike element make it an interesting puzzle to try to figure out the best strategy.

I like how people joked that "any game can be submitted because every game has a gameplay loop" and you actually made a game about *breaking out* of common gameplay loops. Very creative and polished. I wish there were more!

This was adorable! Extremely polished and engaging. I love how there are different types of stories that play out and you can choose to go for negativity or positivity (I did two runs hehe). We also went with an "in the loop" theme  but it's incredible how differently y'all interpreted it!

Controls are awkward, but a nice little game. I'm very interested to see how more advanced knitting/crochet techniques might be translated into rhythm game gameplay

Really cute art and concept. My main issue is that polygons with many sides are kind of finicky to draw. I'd love to see a version of this with more runes!

Absolutely incredible. Using the katamari-like premise to tell a fairytale story about the absolute power is brilliant. Everything about this comes together perfectly. My favorite so far.

This game is *fascinating*. I feel like it could have fit the theme for a few years ago "roles reversed" too, because I feel like I'm trying to make a maze to confound an A* search. Great gameplay loop and trying to improve your path over multiple rounds. I wanna go back and get 3 stars when I have time!

I'm not sure how to think about this as a game but it's a fantastic stim/simulator and it's fun to just watch the little colors and sounds fly around.

Really cute art!

This one was really cute! All the cats had their own quirky personalities. The writing on some of the choices was really clever too.

Very charming! The character design and music work really well together. I liked the way the two loop styles are different, making you switch between them. The boss patterns are both very fun (curse you Destroyer of Stars!) I would love to see this expanded.

This was a really creative idea!

I liked the pixel art but I could not figure out at all how to interact with anything.

This was super cute and touching! I honestly teared up at the end. All the art is really cute!

This gave me a good laugh. Very charming!

(MacOS build worked for me)
