Fixed in the latest build.

Does the game crash as soon as you select New Game or Load Game? or does it happen somewhere else? Can you view the Trophies Menu?

Debug logs are found in %appdata% in the Crime_Syndicate folder, could you email the log please that would be great to: teamcs1business@gmail.com

What browser were you using  and which type of downloadable did you download that ended up causing the crash?

Were you able to retrace the steps that caused the game to crash on the web browser even after refreshing the page?

Hi all,

Crime Syndicate 0.1.2.6, a major update is scheduled to be released at the end of February. Please leave any feedback and suggestions you may have to make the game experience better for this next update.

Hi all,

A new Crime Syndicate update: Crime Syndicate 0.1.2.5 - Halloween Update will be released tomorrow, I'm aiming to release it around 2:00pm GMT. 

Please report any bugs you may discover, work will shift to a major update dubbed the 'Employees Update' (working title). I will accept your suggestions/ideas for this Employees update that is focused on the Properties Management side of things.

Thank you for the feedback! I'll have a patch out later in the day, that fixes the bugs.

The options loading a new game is quite bizarre, I'll try and re-create that bug.

Edit: If you did play on Windows can you send me the logs and saved data? To access it type in %appdata% into Windows start button, there should be a folder named Crime Syndicate with a "logs" folder. Email me at teamcs1business@gmail.com if you can with the logs attached, thanks.

How come? Maybe on the off chance some things you've experienced may have to do with the game. If you can tell me what happened, I'll investigate.

I'm always here for feedback as well as suggestions.

Edit: I think I figured out the bug. I've upped the update loop for the level checker to run quicker at 16.7ms from the previous 100ms. I've tested this on Chrome and Firefox. Thanks.

Hi all,

I just wanted to let everyone know a new major update is currently in full development. I have already completed a brand new lighting system for Super Bandonio Bros. I am now working on the Perks Card System and streamlining the Options Menu, thank you.

I will update this post with more information regarding the new update as time progresses, the update is estimated to be released in a few months.
