Our new modelling pipeline we've made for our next release will help against these collision issues, thank you for pointing them out :)

Glad you enjoyed the game!

I'm glad you think so!

Thank you :)

If you'd be willing, could you share where you'd want this prototype to go next? What would you expect to happen after it ended?

Like most shy things, the shy button doesn't like direct eye contact. Using the abilities you have, could you think of a way to not look at the button whilst still pressing it?

Hi there,

I'm glad you liked the game, and enjoyed it so much that you pushed through the problems you faced.

Could you clarify what you mean by 'dialogue'? You're talking about the pieces of text that occasionally appear, right? Those should have absolutely no bearing on mouse input, so I'm very worried that people are reporting that O_o

There will be more to play, feel free to give us a follow to keep up with development (we have other incremental games coming too!)

Thanks so much for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it :) based on feedback, it looks like we will be continuing to expand this idea.

These mouse issues will be the death of me, lol.

Thank you for playing :)

Don't worry, due to positive reception I will continue to update this project :)

Hi there,

Are you using Firefox by any chance?

Thank you so much! I'm going to continue working on this project!

Hi there, apologies your having trouble with the web version. You can always try the desktop version if you want to try the game.

A lot of people are experiencing a lot of different things on the web version, due to different browsers. OS's and such. The web version does also have a long load time which I do apologise for, but I haven't found anyone reporting a problem with full screen, but I will look into it.

Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you for the kind words, I have fixed that wall you phased through!

oh no! Could you let me know where? You can always press 'P' and get yourself unstuck if you wish to keep playing :)

Would you compromise and say jumping is exploration? :D

Thanks, that means a lot :)

We just released our prototype and would love your feedback to help us gauge whether or not we're heading down the right path :)

We look forward to hearing from you!

That was intentional! People can cheat if they want :)

(1 edit)

There's an X button at the top, or you can press escape :)

I have made the exit button larger for you.

Yay! We're so happy you enjoyed it!

Great looking and sounding game, if not a bit loud! I like how you implemented the theme too, well done overall, you should be proud! :)

Very nice art and sound design! Game was a lil confusing but I got there. Well done! :)

This one was so cool! I love the idea of a little fella running vending machines from behind the scene. The movement felt really nice, I loved all the little knobs and buttons used to control the machine (especially the start/end day switch).

Well done for making this, you should be proud!

Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words.

Originally the coworkers would spot the coin instantly, making the camera necessary, however we decided it wasn't as fun so it was nerfed.

We should have definitely added an indicator to suggest that the coworker is ready for you to reply, resulting in what you  saw with coworkers piling up on each other!

Thanks again for playing!

We had an end cutscene planned but y'know how it is, time pressure x) Thank you for your kind words, well done for completing your shift!

Thank  you! We thought yours was funny too!

Heyo, cant seem to find a way to play!

Good simple game! I couldn't seem to win however, it just felt like there weren't enough coins to win. I think it would have been cool to have a way to invest in your own country as well!

Cute game, nice work on your first game jam! I found it a lot of fun even if it was a little rough around the edges! Art was nice although i think it was rendered weirdly in places, making it blurry. Another piece of feedback is after a while i just started dragging whatever card to whatever person and it seemed to work pretty well somehow which im assuming it shouldnt lol!

We did try and shoot for subtitles, but there were a lot of edge case scenarios that we decided it was better to scrap it than ship it unfinished. Thanks for your feedback :)

I liked this game a lot. I love watching the litte fellas go to their- no nono wait little guy DONT PUT IT IN THEEEERE. Also thank you for putting the symbols on the colours, it helped me to play this game with my partial colour blindness lol

A solid simple game! I liked that it had achievements as well. As other comments already suggested gameplay loop for sure could be more fleshed out!

Fun, simple game! I kept getting distracted clicking on the cats nose on the poster, we added a identical Easter egg in our game lol!

A little frustrated yeah! But not enough to make me stop playing obviously. Im okay to explore for a bit but i think it was just frustrating to later realise what i had been looking for had been what i had walked past all along lol! I think some good fixes would be to say in the instructions that you go through the shop door to the next level or replace the "shop" text above the door with exit!

Cool concept, but had a lot of bugs in the end making it tough to play! A couple i encountered:

-None of the buttons except for the Xingdo ones seemed to work

-Some of my stats went negative

-I pressed capture the xingdo with 44 influence and it set it to 100 then allowed me to take it

-I could capture the xingdo 4 more times, which resulted in me winning!

Fun game! I enjoyed watching my little guys run around and make gold for me, and its good to see a first game jam game with no generative art! Nice work! Good game that could be upscaled!

Car physics are cool, but a little janky! It seemed a bit unstable, if i went more than 1mph and turned it would flip, this could be fixed if you add a "flip yourself back over" button! I also didnt really understand the enemies, i think there were some? The red cubes? Also the objects werent obvious of what they are. I also couldnt find the crafting screen? Im not sure if its due to the game not being fullscreen and it being offscreen or smth! I found the exit tho!

Thats exactly what we were going for, perfect! Thanks for the nice words, Access (one of our devs) will be happy to hear you liked his lines!

Haha thanks and sorry for not translating it!

He knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks for the kind words!
