Omg the art is GORGEOUS, absolutely fantastic job the sprites are incredibly cute and the soft lighting and particle vfx and ui everything is so cozy looking. GREAT JOB!!! I enjoyed this game very very much, the game design is simple but very satisfying too!! Seriously great job, prob one of my top 3 games in the jam!! Just wish there were more levels to play tbh!

Really cute idea! Wish it was easier to tell the trail of the path of the dog so that I could know where to aim to complete a loop. I kinda love the drifting on the dog cause it reminds me of actual doggo movements. Well done!!

I GOT THE END SCREEN!! Omg it was so satisfying to learn each furniture, you're right the dark particles on the dark furniture are definitely meant to be challenging but I eventually got the hang of it! And the ending was so crazy unexpected, I won't spoil it for other people, but I really really wanted to find out what happened and I'm glad I became so familiar with the map and furniture that I could beat it xD Again great job on the jam!!

This is so cool!! In our brainstorming session at the beginning of the jam I also thought of some kind of music loop reproducer game, this is basically a great implementation of that idea! Very simple and straightforward but well done!! Love the audio effects, UI style, animation, just superb! I could easily see this game extended to diff kinds of musical instruments (only got to lvl 7 so i might not have seen all of them, but by 7 there are a lot of sound sources already which is neato). Great job!

Very fun, I could see this as a roguelike where you have additional powerups and abilities. Maybe multiple balls or size changing paddles? I do think the physics is a bit wonky with the paddle, would expect it to be more of a satisfying smack when you hit the ball with the paddle but right now it mostly slows the ball down which doesn't feel great. Overall great job for a solo game jam!!

WOW this is a really cool idea and well polished game!! I love the sound effects + music and the screen shake when you get hit. I also like how you can accidentally hit yourself if you spam it too much, it makes the game more challenging. Well done for this jam!! I could see this as a published game!

Super cool idea, very well implemented and polished gameplay! It's quite challenging, I wish there was more ability to zoom out as hitting the edges felt a bit frustrating. But still very well done!

As an ex-gacha addict this hit a lil too hard, but in a way that convinces me I was right to quit lmaooo. Great game, super unique take on the game jam theme, very well done!! Even the minor annoyances like having to drag mouse over to hit x rather than esc was frustrating but realistic T-T PTSD inducing game done right

hahaha that makes me so happy, glad you like the art + fruit! Sending you all the fruits <3

Really cool idea! The controls are a bit hard to use, and the water makes it a bit frustrating cause some areas seemed to accelerate the boat more than expected (unless this is due to controls, and I'm misunderstanding). But the game is gorgeous, really nice water shader and cool story and puzzles! Well done!

I love the vibes of this game!! The watercolor art and dreamy music and aesthetic UI all fits in so wonderfully, I really hope you can continue working on this after the jam and turn it into a full fledged game! You did a great job in such a short time and I think you definitely accomplished your goal of learning some UI during it!

Very fun and cute game, love the satisfying smacks when the cat does the "cleaning" animation lol. The particles can be hard to see on the darker furniture, but it makes the game more challenging in a way. I hope there is a way to beat the loop, I wasn't able to on my 2 attempts but I might come back later to try it again!

Woah this is a super awesome game, mechanics and art and story are all so well done! I will say I don't love the sticky sound of the dung ball but it is definitely realistic haha. Nice work, everything feels very fluid and well thought out! Can't believe yall did this in 2d, really impressive!!

Super cute game! Love the yarn and crochet theme, very creative way to make it into a game! Art and music/sfx is very well done and nostalgic!

SUPER CUTE!! Leaderboard makes this super fun and replayable, great idea including that! I love the lasso gameplay, it was so well executed here. Perfect mix of challenging and fun. Great job!

Yay, glad you enjoyed it!! Thanks so much for playing and leaving feedback!

(1 edit)

HAHAHAHA I didn't even realize it looks like that, I'm now 100% sure I used that as reference in my subconscious somewhere while drawing it. Awesome, I'm so glad you enjoyed it!! Thanks for playing and leaving feedback!

Thank you so much!!  Really appreciate you playing + leaving feedback!

WOW we are so flattered and happy to hear that!! Totally, it was the last feature we added and thus not as fleshed out / well explained as the others were, but I'm so glad you were still able to figure it out and finish the game! CONGRATS!!

Thank you so much!!

Incredibly based, purple is my fav color!! Thanks for playing + leaving feedback, I'm so glad you enjoyed!

Really cool concept! I love the cute animals bopping in the background and the bunny itself. I think the DJ UI is really well done and the game design and level design is super well thought out; only had some issues with controls sometimes not working the way I want them to when I hit the pause button too early or late for example. Great job overall!

Super cute game! Love seeing another snake game in the jam! I loved the existing levels, I could see there being a lot more! Great art and easy to read UI and tutorial, well done

Thank you so much!!

Thanks for leaving feedback!! So glad you enjoyed it! I'm glad we kept the skip buttons in there!

I love this concept so much!! There's so much room to work on this more, I hope yall do after the jam! I love the 2d + 3d combo art style so so much and the character designs and art were super well done and wholesome. Dialogue was great so far too, would love to see more!! Great job yall!

Incredibly cute and relaxing game, this healed all my traumas and made me so happy, great job on this jam!! I love how when the animals get scared you can pet them and make them feel better. Just such a great idea, this feels so nostalgic and comforting. Again great job!!

Really cool idea! Super well implemented programming wise, audio was the cherry on top very satisfying and the animations as well! Great job!!

Why are the geese so strong T-T Great game idea tho super cute reminds me of Untitled Goose Game style but 3d, I wish the controls were a bit more forgiving especially turning left and right or backing up felt difficult to me. Great job on the jam!!

Really cool idea and well done for such a short jam!! I think the controls were a bit too hard for me to fully enjoy the gameplay but looping flies successfully was very satisfying. I'm also not sure what would be the best way to do these kinds of controls, still a very good job, probably just a skill issue on my part. Love the aesthetic of the game and the simple but fun mechanics!

Nice clicker game! Super cute and polished, great job working on it as 1 person! I wish there was a bit more complexity like clicker games have (powerups, abilities) to lengthen the time I could play, seems like I could only survive the first 1 levels (maybe skill issue??) Text was a little hard to read like another commenter said, other than that it was a fun experience!

Holy shit this is definitely one of if not the best games I've played so far, everything is so amazing the idea the story the art the audio the puzzles!! Incredible job in such a short amount of time! I really enjoyed solving those puzzles, most things were super readable except the 2nd or 3rd from last puzzle with cement blocks you had to move, I didn't realize you could move them at first so was stuck for a little bit of time. But overall really well done, the ending was surprisingly emotional, the bop that played when the circuit was connected in every level was super catchy and hype. Amazing job everyone who worked on this!! I could definitely see an infinite amt of new levels being made but this amount was perfect for a short game jam.

Super cute and fun idea!! I love how silly it is the random meteor makes me laugh so hard. It was definitely slightly challenging to quickly select the tools and then interact with the track, agree with other commenters that hotkeys would have been helpful.

AMAZING HOLY SHIT

Idea, audio, art, execution, :chefskiss:

This made my day, thanks for making this game!!

Thank you so much for leaving feedback!! Yeah it's something we didn't get to that I wish we had done in hindsight, maybe at least a couple undos allowed. We were unsure how to best give hints if we even wanted to, open to suggestions if you have any :'D Some of my teammates were thinking hints in level titles or something

I think I'm too dumb for this game as I got stuck in the TV room but it's a really cool idea and well done!! I love the graphics and dialogue!

Thanks!! We did think about it but ultimately did not have time to implement, would be good for a v2 or post jam followup :)

Story is so haunting and beautiful, the art matches really well and I love the polish touches like screen shaking and vfx and stuff! I wish there were save points sometime throughout the game so you don't fully reset and have to walk all the way from the beginning but I also get that it might be part of the story to force you to reloop and play entire lengths again (I'm probably just impatient). Great job overall!

Super cute art, well executed! I was also thinking about how to make a yarn related game but didn't think of anything like this, very creative!

We did do all our own art!! We had 2 artists working together, me and Karurosu (a2karu), and it was our first time doing voxel art with Magicavoxel. I'm so happy you like our art, thanks for playing and leaving feedback!!
