NOOOOOOO I DIDN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THAT! I'm so sorry you had to replay the whole game, but I'm glad you enjoyed it nonetheless!! Thanks for giving it another shot :)

Hey! Sorry about the bug, I thought it was an edgecase that could rarely be encountered, but I guess not. Unfortunately doing an entire second pass for the fishing may be impossible as many things are reliant on the current system I got, but I think I fixed it now.
For some reason not placing yourself flush with the edge of the water would make it so that you could not get a normal hit. Hopefully it works better for you now.
Played it, didn't end up beating it because it's super late. I'll play it again later when I'm rating it. Very good visuals, very funny writing and some pretty horrific situations presented. Not a huge fan of how difficult the fishing minigame is and how particular it is, I ended up dying on my first night because of the fact I couldn't get the timing good on the skill check. Great work though! Can't wait to give it another shot.
Played and beat it. I got the wife ending. Nice touch with the gruesome details in the graphics. Only complaint I have is the lack of anything to do but to walk back and forth, and also just how slow I was in general. Understood if it was for pacing purposes, but I just wanted to mention it. This was cool!
I'm really glad you enjoyed and beat the game!! I appreciate the ideas.. My main reasoning for doing it the way I did was because I was really focused on the idea of the "death" being the sole opportunity to learn about the entities. If only I had like, 2 more days lol I woulda done it in a better way.
Cool about the arcade pace!! I definitely wanted to tap into a quick and easy loop that doesn't take forever to progress in considering that the "death" resets you to 0. Thx for noticing!!!
And yeah, I definitely agree I could have done better about the rotation tiles / safe tiles. Would you believe me if they were placeholders and I just didn't think about replacing them? oops...Lol..
Ur criticism is not too harsh and very much welcome. Thank you so much a for to playing my game!!!!
Very nice, very introspective. I liked the parts aspect, and how bouncy the main mechanic felt. I found myself unable to use the slow motion function, as I have only a trackpad with bad buttons.. but it was still fun to chain my movement together, even if I was flung at high velocities. Great work! Oh and the art was stellar.
no, i really do implore the criticism (if it could even be called that) . i'm my own worst critic when it comes to things that i was just wasn't able to tweak correctly in time, its assuring that others also see the issues. it makes me wanna do it better next time... and my homies seemed to have little trouble when i tweaked the oxygen tank to be a little more generous so i didn't consider making it.. even More generous, yknow? it was also really hard to decide whether i wanted the items to rapidly pop in and out of existence, but my other friend said it took them out of the experience a little.. so i finessed an off screen spawn system to make the "finding" portion a little more believable and less janky looking.. so that was probably what you were experiencing when you kept having to get the ones at the top of the screen instead of lower.
ah, but such is the nature of the game jam. you win some you lose some. thank u for the depth of your analysis it is greatly appreciated and i will duly note it for future projects!!!!!! you are a SUPER PLAYER
this was awesome! i was a little too scared to press esc. when i went into the doom game so i got soft locked the first time :( by my own cowardice. but all in all, this was a fun little romp! still waiting and waiting and waiting. nice heartfelt message. visual style is choice, love the ena reference at the beginning. thank you for making this!
