Making it an upgrade seems the best way to have it so people still have to care about the difficulties but can also work towards making Endless their main point of play if that's what they want

For catgirl tails longer and thicker. Think starting at a normal cat and going to snow leopard/pallas cat and beyond. I want to say to treat it like a snake getting fatter and longer but I'm unsure if that would provide the best mental image?

For foxgirls (mentioned cause it says catgirl, foxgirl, etc. in the option) starting thin and puffing outward as it gets longer. Maybe more tails fanning out at certain stages? Would differentiate it from the catgirl for sure going fanned out and wider instead of a continuous extremely long tail.

Wish I could just point to an example and go "like that!" but most of the things I could say to look up are flooded with like... balloon-style inflation instead of the tails actually like... growing bigger, longer and fluffier.
Sorry if this was the opposite of helpful.

Hoping that when you get around to the kemonomimi that the tails get bigger and fluffier on each stage. Really hard to find any game that does that. Most keep them the same size (or relatively the same) and it's made me sad every time...

On Class system:
I think keeping it like we have now is cooler. Finding moves to learn and stuff promotes a lot of exploration. Maybe have us able to learn some skills from allies? (such as unlocking fire magic by helping out Veronika with something or how to do fist stuff from Karru)
Maybe make some kind of thing where you have a certain amount of Pts for passives that way we can kinda "make our own" class with stuff we discover.

Would also mean you branch out and use more party members instead of sticking to the first three that hit your squad. (Since if you go this route your party learning things can be things from them for you to unlock)
If we have to "pick" a class for stat growth maybe make it some kind of title or something with stat multipliers that you can swap out?

Honestly anything that isn't permanent is fine but just wanted to share my idea for something a little more free form that fits how the MC is getting their abilities in the current version (Paying to learn from tutors, Finding tomes, etc.)

Pretty much every persistent item is way too much.
The moment I find any enemy where they put an eggplant or spiral on your side you're just done with the run.
The only thing that isn't too much is bovine milk cause you can at least manage it well to keep going but anyone with Eggplant or Spirals (or hell both. Both should never be a thing.) is pretty much the end of the run. You can't get anything in your cauldron to do anything and they just keep moving forward while you're crippled forever.
persistent things just don't work in the quantity that they are in currently.
The only time I've ever gotten past one is a single run where I had the shrinking reagent and even then it was barely possible and took forever.
Other than that the game's really good and hope you keep going with it. (Seriously tone down the persistent reagents they're both too plentiful and mixing them makes it far FAR worse.)
