I just published the demo for Meowmories on itch.io.

Meowmories is a cat-perspective horror adventure where you play as a cat searching for its owner in a nightmare-like world. The demo focuses on hiding, escaping, learning enemy behavior, and exploring the atmosphere of the game.

It is not a puzzle-heavy horror game. I wanted to make a short but tense experience where players gradually learn how to survive, while also discovering a story about a cat, its owner, and their memories.

The demo includes:

- Cat-perspective horror adventure gameplay

- Hiding and escaping from enemies

- A scan ability that can reveal nearby enemies and items, but may also make the cat easier to notice

- No graphic gore or cruel death scenes for the cat

- English and Japanese support

Meowmories will also participate in Steam Next Fest starting June 15.
