Getting a problem so I can't load the game as an error is uncaught during loading.
Are you making use of screen rotation during the game?
The idea is great, having switchable dimensions and some form of combat / gameplay linked to it would have been great to see, but we all understand that we can't fit it all in during a jam.
Some points though, if you are running WEBGL builds, do not put a Options / pause menu on the ESC button as it will exit fullscreen mode.
Also the menus seems to be broken.
Otherwise, sweet concept, would love to see it more expanded on.
As many others have said the sensitivity of the mouse was so high I couldn't orientate myself.
Also having a sound slider/toggle option is great, instantly had to mute the webpage as my headphones nearly blew :)
Something I would recommend would be creating some custom components for managing audio / mouse sensitivity outside of the jam and making use of them for your jams.
The "Last shot direction" was actually planned, as was music & sfx and some other nitpicks.
But as the theme didn't really click with me and having spent like 4~6 hours on the game I decided to at least get it to a playable state and leave it at that.
But thanks none the less for the feedback, someone with a bit more time and burn for this type of game could probably have expanded quite a bit on it.
I absolutely agree with you that the UI is a weak point in aesthetic and function, mostly because I detest working with it but still not really a excuse.
But yeah, looking at other games, ex: It's not rocket science, a lot more effort and passion where put into the UI part.
Thank you for the feedback, in the future I will try and put more into getting it to a better state.
Same time loss regardless of how many buttons / controls is pressed / being used.
Perhaps adding a mechanic such as strafe-walk is more expensive / moving and looking is more expensive.
Because right now as soon as you move, you are free to utilize any direction / movement.
++Mouse sensitivity slider would be great.
The base idea is good, but something else also needs to motivate the player other than score.
Either it be destruction being satisfying or some type of progression.
In short good idea, could do with some more polish / features.
++A volume bar is almost a must in any game I feel, nearly blew my ears the moment the music began.
Good take for the gamejam.
most of the critique / improvements has been said said by Dreybolio but by far the biggest problem I had was enemies spawning way to close / inside the player causing unavoidable damage.
In future a proximity check before spawning or a small delay with some visual flair to where the enemies would spawn would be appreciated as otherwise it just feels like unfair unavoidable damage.
