Thanks for the feedback. There's actually only 1 main animatronic. The 2 endoskeletons are meant to be a minor threat: they only kill after 5 hits, have a 45° vision cone, can't spot players from far away, and can be disabled for 15 seconds with either a flash from the flashlight or a thrown bottle. Learning how to deal with them is part of the game's challenge.
The game is designed that way. It's meant to be a fast-paced experience, with rounds averaging around 12 minutes, so the animatronics become active immediately to keep the pressure on from the start.
Sorry for the inconvenience! This game still has lots of bugs as it wasn't meant to be released! For the time being you can find a solution in the discord server, there's a file you can use to fix that!

Since the game wasn't meant for release, bugs are expected, but connection issues like this are usually not the game's fault.
