The vibe of this game is soooo good. Its so mesmerizing with the music, and the screens, makes it really fun to play. The management was really fun too, and planning routes strategically to increase your score was fun. I think if there was a bit more of an incentive to try to get as much as possible out it might be slightly more engaging, but that said its already super good, especially for 4 days. Really well done!!!

I love this game so much! It feels so smooth, I love the idea of running, and having to have a certain speed, and a sort of risk reward, the faster you are, the harder it is to react. I got to lap 100, and then the snake decided that would be the end of me. I think this is the first game in the jam that got my heart racing, so congrats to that hahaha. Amazing game!
I loved it! I know its a narrative game, and its a really well done narrative game at that, but I felt like if I perfectly did a cycle in the wheel, I didnt get rewarded for it, as it doesnt fill up a full bar, and when you come back from home, you could get to vacation really easily, even if you messed up once or twice. That said I dont think it needs to be changed, I just felt like even if I do the absolute best I can, its still not enough, and maybe thats part of the narrative (: Either way really well done!!
I think Im stuck (: I cant push a purple orb on the purple goal. They need to be on the blue circles, and to push from the spot of the blue circle is either a brick wall (push from right), or the two purple orbs block it. Because of this I dont think I can push the green orb onto the goal, because I cant get behind it, and I cant bring in another green orb from the other room because of the brick wall in front of the player blocking it. If I missed something please let me know!! Otherwise cool game! (Edit, nvm I figured it out hahaha Nice game)

I really like the loop mechanic! Its fun to try to remember where enemies were, and what to look out for on the next loop. Also because I looped every time, the score multiplier was insane, and when I got to the boss, he died in 1 shot, so I thought it was maybe just an introduction to a harder enemy, but then I looped it for free XP, and after the loop I just won hahaha. The game feels super polished and I dont really have any critique. Well done!
Woo! Im glad you enjoyed timing the block! Yeah at the moment I cant find good use cases for the dash either hahaha, might give them invulnerability if I keep working on the game (: But there are some good use cases for the teleport. The two solutions I found of beating the first level both require two blocks and two teleporters (: Im happy you enjoyed the game!
I love the feel of swinging around! Its so fluid, and it feels really good! I think it could be cool to have more space to swing, and make the camera centered on the player, because at the moment you very quickly run into the edge. Also once youve understood how to trap a spider, the game doesnt really get more challenging. Its still an amazing game though! Well done!
I really like it, but man do you have to grind out deaths. Until like level 80 I felt there was no chance, and I finally beat him at level 92. Its weird that the game encourages you to just die over and over and over. I would straight up go into the room with the plan to die. That said I love the boss design. The attacks are great. Phase 2 is really fun, and the way the boss kept adding more and more attacks was really cool. But the way your mechanic works takes so much time. At the level I was at we were both tickling each other, but his feather was slightly softer than mine. For the second phase, it felt straight up more effective to just tank some attacks because you got more damage in than they did. An idea I had for this to work, is that every time you do damage you get XP, and every time you die, you lose 10% XP. That way death is punishing, and every run through you want to get more XP than you lose. Also make the boss have way less health, having to die so many times to be able to damage them is a bit much. I also think that the player gets too much health per level as well. I shouldnt be able to take 20 hits when I can finally deal damage to them. Its a great game, dont get me wrong, but I think it needs a bit of fine tuning (: Either way amazing work for 4 days!
I really like how frantic the game is, and the sfx add so much! Its super satisfying grabbing them and pulling them apart! Sometimes the snakes come apart, and Im not quite sure how to pull them apart when they are already free, and sometimes even if I stretch them across the screen the snake doesnt seem to care, but I think the jank is part of it so Im not really complaining hahaha. Amazing game!!!
Really cool game! I love the different types of levels. I think my favorite type is the more linear one, where you have to slowly advance the line, with the first couple loops being close to your base, and the last couple runs where you just full speed with all your clones to the end to get the last spawner. Really cool game!!! Good work!
I like it! I dont really understand why I need to build a house, it doesnt seem like I can build chests or crafting tables or something, so I ended up always moving forwards and getting more items. I do think that once you've chopped a couple trees and some rocks, you've maxed out, and there doesnt seem to be a reason to keep playing, but for 4 days this is a great survival game! Well done!
This game is so good! I love the open world, the skill trees are really well done, the game feels super polished, has a good length to it, I wish it was more but I'm already impressed by how much there is! The only really small thing to maybe make it better is to make the upgrades more balanced. Some seem much more powerful than others, but thats a minor thing compared to how good the game is! Really well done!
I love the chill music! Very spacy (: Reminds me of FTL. I think the controls are good too, Rotational characters are always a challenge to get to feel right. I think because its in space a bit of floatyness and momentum would have been cool to have, rather than the constant speed and instant stop, but it does make dodging the asteroids easier so Im not complaining (: Good work!
I really like the movement feel of this game! It was really fun going in loops, and I think the level design is also pretty well done. I think the enemies should spawn in a bit faster, because I could finish a level without really caring about my pathing because the enemies hadn't spawned in yet, but I also think there was some weird stuff happening with the enemies, as sometimes they would randomly appear. Also at some point I constantly took damage until I died and I dont know why. Either way I really like this game! Amazingly well done!
Really neat little game! I like that you can see all your loops that the player did. I think its a bit weird that you block off the sides after the first few levels, as using it to travel to the other side was really fun when the wind was going in the wrong direction of the goal. Otherwise a fun game (:
No I 100% agree hahaha. The levels were made at the very end, in the last couple hours, so they became (wouldnt it be cool if) and (how do I force the player to use this ability). I really wish I didnt in hind sight, and made them easier, but thats what a game jam is (: Im glad you still like the concept though (and hope it wasnt too frustrating haha)
I really like the rogue like aspect with Simon says (: I really like the shop mechanic! You mentioned somewhere in the comments that you would want more fun upgrades and I agree. Maybe if you had the option to alter the board while playing, or have an upgrade to colour a tile, or maybe coins spawn on tiles. I think the upgrade like the 50/50 are really cool, gives the game a bit more activity. But for the time you had this is incredible work!
Dark Hollow knight trying to climb out of greenpath is more difficult than anticipated (: Really good job! I like how if you fall a bit you bounce back up giving you another chance. I think the controls are a bit clunky, but it might be intentional. I got just past the part where you have to record yourself sliding down, and jump on your slid character. Its cool how many different ways there are to use the ability (: Amazing work! (And awesome art)

I really liked the mechanics! Really well done!
