Welcome to the development journey of Clumsy Bird, a fast-paced, addictive arcade game where every tap counts!

What’s the game about?
Clumsy Bird started as a simple idea: “What if a tiny bird had to dodge endless obstacles while flying through the sky?” From that concept, the game evolved into a fun, colorful challenge that tests your reflexes and keeps you coming back for more.

How it was made:
This game is built entirely with HTML5 and JavaScript, making it playable directly in your browser — no downloads required! Every pixel, every obstacle, and every score counter was designed to give a smooth, addictive experience.

Challenges & Fun Moments:
Balancing difficulty was tricky — too easy and it’s boring, too hard and players get frustrated. We iterated many times to get that perfect “just-one-more-flight” feeling. Plus, designing a charming little bird that flaps with personality was a highlight of the project!

What’s next?
We’re planning small updates with new themes, backgrounds, and maybe some fun power-ups. Stay tuned for more ways to challenge yourself and beat your high scores!

Big news, Ninjas! A new update for Block Runner is live. I’ve spent a lot of time "under the hood" to make the gameplay smoother and more challenging. Here is the breakdown of what’s new:

🚫 Bug Fixes & Stability (Minus Bugs!)

I've crushed several annoying bugs to improve your experience:

• Saving System Fixed: Your gold and progress now save correctly every time you exit.
• Physics Polish: Fixed issues with player collisions and jumping consistency.
• UI Improvements: The interface now updates correctly across all screen resolutions.

🗺️ New Levels & Progression

The adventure continues!

• 5 Unique Stages: From the "Dark Forest" to "The Abyss". Each level has its own target goals.
• Dynamic Coin Quest: Collect 20 coins on Level 1, with the goal increasing by +10 coins every level! It’s not just about surviving; it’s about mastery.

💀 New Enemy Varieties

The ghosts are evolving!

• I’ve added unique enemy skins for each level. As you progress to higher stages, you will face new, more intimidating foes that fit the atmosphere of the ruins and ghost cities.

⏯️ Pause & Control

• Added a Pause Button and ESC key support. Need a break mid-run? Now you can stop the action without losing your current session progress.
