nice little experience, story was a bit simple and the gameplay was repetetive but I liked the yaoi, overall I give it a solid yaoi/10

Thanks for your comment and feedback! Fair points on how the game wasn't very clear on premise or use of theme. The main use we intended was supposed to be how your health got replaced with a ticking battery leaving you constantly on the edge, but we really should have made that more clear through an actual tutorial level and combat balancing. Glad you played our game though!

Thanks for the comment and playing our game!

Nice game, and the art was quite high quality. It was somewhat punishing dealing with the random pieces but that might've just been a skill issue on my part. This was probably unintentional but there's a very funny exploit where you can just build around the mountain and get a theoretically infinite score. Quite a nice experience.

Thank you!

Thanks for the comment! Real happy you liked the enemies :]:]

That's fair, we probably should've made a more proper tutorial screen for whats essentially the main way our game links to the jam theme. Thanks for playing though!

Thank you for the comment! Glad you enjoyed the music :]

Thanks for the feedback and I'm happy you liked the art and music! Fair points on the lack of gameplay depth, we originally planned to have a roguelike build system but sadly had to cut down our scope due to time, thanks for the feedback though!

Happy you enjoyed it!

Cool game, especially the art and music, but the collisions and movement were a bit janky. Also wish it was a bit longer with some more development in gameplay, but still nice!

I haven't finished the game yet but I'm just leaving a comment in case I forget, but the game's amazing!! The art, dialogue, and music are all phenomenal. Len you're my goat. The game ramps up quite fast and a lot of the attacks are quite hard in a way that prevents you from progrssing. But other than that  this honestly might be one of the few games I actively desire to play to completion, especially due to the music. 4.5/5(But I can't rate that so take a 4)

(1 edit)

We forgot to loop the music :[:[  Hope yall enjoy tho!

Edit: Nevermind seems like my teammate fixed it right before the deadline! Enjoy guys :>

I love how you chase the dog during the main menu, and the artstyle is charming. However, the difficulty scaling is far too extreme. Within the first few jumps you're met with incredibly hard momentum timing for a singular platform. I feel like game jam games can be definitely hard and I love games like that, but it's a tricky balance to actually make it accessible enough to enjoy.
