Hi, It's been around 3 days and I have not received any reply and my game still was not allocated in the correct tab. :')

I recently updated my game on itch.io and published a devlog, selecting the Major Update (Launch/Major Update) post type.  However, I've noticed that my update doesn't appear in the Updated Game listings (such as the Most Recent sections), where other games' major updates are typically shown, and its been more than 10 hours since my major update.

I have mailed the support team and my ticket id is - 385555

Seems like there is a bug, if possible can the itch team look into it help me out.

Thats a problem with the webversion only. Please download the game, it will not happen in the downloaded version

Why are you crying over a game? We have clearly specified our use of AI as per itch's policy. If you want all AI games to put a big banner then please make you own indie games website and put a rule for it. Ok?

That's normal for a renpy game, you can click on Install Anyway :)

I wanted to inform you that my game has been marked as quarantined and hasn’t been indexed for over 2 weeks now.

I previously contacted support and received these ticket numbers:

362303, 362908

After not getting any response for weeks, I sent another mail and got a new ticket:

367984

It feels like my emails may have been missed somehow. Could any admin or moderator please help me get this issue resolved?

This is only happening in the web-version. I am trying to resolve it, but if possible please download the version 1.0, because it has a lot more content and it has a far better experience. The web-version is only a demo.

Chapter 2 is already released for paid members, it will be available for free when we release Chapter 3, and that will in April first week.

v2 is already out, but its for member only. It will be free after we release v3.0 :D
(V3.0 will be out in end of March)

That's all for v1.0, which is free one. If you want more then there's a paid version, or else you can wait for new free updates.
