Three months ago, I completed the tax interview, but after submitting, I was told that it "required an update" due to an info mismatch. However, I've been given no mechanism to actually retake the interview to correct the issue. Over the last few months, I've tried to contact both support@itch.io and taxsupport-itch@taxidentity.com for further information, but have gotten no response.
Unsure how to proceed. If anyone could assist, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
