Hello everyone, I hope you enjoy the game I do want to let everyone know there is  a massive update coming to Subway Tycoon planned for December 2026. Check out the Dev log for updates 

Currently working on a massive update that turns Subway Tycoon into 2.5D as well as includes a total of 6 free playable maps with unique challenges

Eventually there will be a paid version with double the amount of maps and unique challenges with a release date of Dec 2026.

Hello everyone I am pleased to announce the release of Subway Tycoon. I began building this game 4 months ago with inspirations from Mini Metro / Airway Sim and other various tycoon games.

You start as a subway planner in Toronto, buy stations and trains create routes  and complete challenges and once you have completed all of the challenges on the Toronto map, you unlock  the next map London England, this theme continues and as development progresses most major cities will be playable. There is a leaderboard to compete with other players across the world!
