hey, thanks for playing and giving feedback. i've been thinking about that too. different enemy behavior, temporary upgrades, different weapons and so on. we'll see if i polish it up a bit or move on to the next project. cheers!

This started as more of a learning project than anything else—just something that came together while I was getting to know the Godot game engine. Turns out, I actually had fun making it (at least I think it’s fun), so I figured, why not upload it?
I gave myself one week to put this thing together, drawing, animating, while also exploring Godot’s workflow and possibilities. My only prior experience was a bit of Unity, but I felt right at home with the engine and immediately had ideas on where to take things next. Time was tight, and as a total newcomer, that week flew by—but it was a blast!
There might still be a bug or two lurking, and fine-tuning is a never-ending rabbit hole, but at some point, you gotta call it done and move on.
