Hello! This is a small issue from V1 to V2, but there should now be a Virtual Mouse sensitivity slider under controls in the settings menu. It is most likely initialized to 0, but you can raise it to move the cursor in virtual spaces.

There should be a Virtual Mouse sensitivity slider within the controls tab of settings! If you've played previously the value hasn't been set so it sits at 0. Raising it should allow you to click through the desktop!

So sorry you encountered this. This is actually a bug we have on our radar now! For some reason the environment doesn't allow the executable to generate the settings.data needed to hold information from the settings menu in certain machines.

I see! One last thing to try, although this will also remove your save data as a heads-up! Try deleting the Frankie's Funhouse folder under the Big Bun Studios directory. If you'd rather not, its no worries, you've helped us a ton thus far!

Thank you! Hmmm.... Perhaps you have an antivirus enabled? Failing that, maybe attempting to run the .exe as admin would generate the settings.data on start-up. Apologies for the long list of asks! You're helping us a ton!

Ah thank you thank you! Just to double confirm, there is no settings.data file at all in the frankies folder? Apologies if this is a little too much but could you take a screencap of just the contents of the folder?

Oh no, I'm sorry about that. We're trying to diagnose every issue but some still slip through! If it would be alright, could you please tell us your OS as well as computer specs? Also, have you tried deleting your settings.data file located within:

 C:\Users[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Big Bun Studio

Something we're keeping track of and ironing out for sure! Sorry it locked your resolution, right now we have sort of a reset for that!

If you go to the following location in your folder system:

C:\Users[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Big Bun Studio

Delete settings.data and then you can relaunch the game and it should refresh the settings back to default!

The minigames have had a few changes to make them more accessible in the upcoming patch. We've received a lot of feedback about that section and are dedicated to making sure its a fast-paced, entertaining section and not a slog!

We've changed how the keybinding system works, and hopefully will have this issue fixed in the upcoming patch. Thank you for bringing light to this bug, we can't improve without feedback!

The doorknob is a known bug, one that we've addressed and will be fixed in the upcoming patch! Thank you and we hope to amaze you with what we'll cook up!

Oh jeez I'm sorry about the hand! We've been receiving a decent bit of feedback for the minigames section and we'll be putting out a patch really soon that will address some of those issues! We hope some of the fixes, changes, and additions will be able to help make the minigames more accessible, but nevertheless we will always be receiving feedback and updating as necessary! Thank you!
