Since not everyone is comfortable with full on incest it would be awesome if you could add a setting at the beginning that lets you choose whether your character is actually related to the girls, otherwise having them be adoptive family or something. maybe have his father be a few years dead to remove any quarrels about infidelity and establish his adoptive mom as lonely and attracted to the young man of the house. I'd assume the only things that would change would be what he refers to the girls as as well as some dialogue here and there.
