Hello, everybody.

While practicing music, I haven't found a minimalistic and convenient way for me to practice my musical ear and reading sheet music.  Now I have one.

  • the game allows you to train your melodic ear.
  • the game allows you to train your harmonic ear.
  • the game allows you to practice reading sheet music on the fly.

These skills are incredibly important, they are what everything else is built on. But music is often taught as some discipline that you "have to learn" first.

But there was no way for me to "learn" anything when it took several minutes to find the pitch of a note on the sheet.

Nor was I very good at "learning" anything if the melody sung in my head took a bunch of time to transfer to the sheet on each beat.

I wrote a little simulator that I came back to every day, and made it in the style of the album covers of the albums I listen to myself.

thx. awesome
