I guess this is Finder not setting the current directory when launching an app. That would explain the difference. I’ve never built a Mac app bundle before so not sure how that works.

Interesting. I just discovered that it works fine if I launch from command line ./zoopertracker.app/Contents/MacOS/zoopertracker but not if I load the app through Finder.

Yes, I have write permissions. I’m able to open the .ini file in TextEdit and make changes. It doesn’t seem to read the .ini file either btw. If I make some changes (e.g. PATTDOTS=TRUE), then load ZT, the changes are not reflected.

I’m on the Mac version, 1.2.1 and I get “File I/O error” when I try to load/save settings. I have the settings file in the same folder as the .app as per the latest entry in the changelog.

You’re right, I would definitely tone down the storm if I revisit this! Thanks for your comment :)

I dunno what’s weird about it - it’s just a maze game ;) :D

Definitely agree on the repetitiveness! Glad you enjoyed the ideas though :)

Thanks for the feedback. I agree, I should have added more mechanics more often or just got through them faster. I kindof ran out of time near the end :D

Nice! Big Echo the Dolphin vibes which is A Very Good Thing :)

I like the idea but the controls made me slightly mad to begin with :D

Reminds me of an old game Koules

Thank you for commenting :) This is my first game so it’s great to get feedback.

Press Z or X to begin if you’re playing on a keyboard.

Oh, thanks for the feedback! I’ll update the description.

Just what I was looking for. Thanks a lot :)
