On release day, and all the week after that, the update is available for $20. 

One week later, on the same calendar day as the release day, it's available for $10.

Another week later, on the same calendar day as the release date, it is available for $5.

The minimum price for an upgrade, is $5. Until a new update is released and the previous update is available to the public.
