Great feedback, thank you!

Thank you for the feedback!

Great thoughts! Yes when the sprint runs out (holding shift) I could see how a visual would be helpful for that. I will definitely get that added in. Also agree on the thought with the pause after teleport. Thank you for the feedback!

Love the feedback. You likely pressed the number 5 key. I set up the ability to holster the lantern for future gameplay ideas. He also auto holsters it when climbing up things or swimming and then auto unhosters the lantern when back in a standing position.  Pressing 5 will make the lantern reappear if you holster it yourself.  No one would know that that though because I didn't mention it anywhere. Great catch! Yes definitely better way to guide the player and avoid getting lost in the world are good thoughts.

I love memory. The game was fun and cat graphics were cute. For the reverse side of the card and the background felt more space themed. I would say aesthetically if you make the backside of the cards and the background feel more in line with the cat graphics your audience will enjoy it even more. Well done!

I like your robot character and the animations connected to his movements. With the world I was not quit sure where to go. It felt like I was looking around exploring a bit. Using visual landmarks to guide the player would help. Also adding something like a speed up for movement to the shift key would help as well, because you get the feeling that you want things to happen faster in the game. Nice job getting it done for the jam!

Cool concept with the switching of the characters and having to use them to help each other reach the goal. Using Y to reset the game, I kept pressing that instead of Q to switch the characters, maybe something as simple as a confirm to reset after you push it the first time. Well done!

Brilliant. You did a lot of work to get all of those mechanics working as smooth as they do. Music and Graphics it all just works. Well done!

Fun game! Was the type of thing that you could get stuck playing for a long time. In game sounds would push it to the next level. Nice job completing for the jam!

Interesting concept. I like that you put in those zones that fling you forward when you connect to them. In game sounds and ambient music would push it to the next level. Nice job finishing for the jam!

Very Cool! It all really came together. I like the unique mechanic of the tongue and the moving of the head with the mouse. Super Creative! Music and in game sounds work perfect with the game.

I like the graphics of your game. The concept is great. Music works well. You killed it on your itch page, that looks great! I had a little trouble figuring out how to destroy the nests. Well done!

There is a lot of promise here. The animation of the character, graphics, and sound all work. For improvements I would say move the character a little further away from the left edge of the screen and vary the obstacles (when they arrive and their height). Nice job getting this completed for the jam!

Very fun game. For the start we have an impatient generation that may not want to wait for credits to be able to press start.  I accidentally got stuck under a box the first time, the second time, I flew completely off map not picking anything up because I wasn't quite sure what to do. the third time i picked up the box found the entrance to the level and then was like wooo this is pretty cool. Art style is great. Music fits. Mechanics are fun. If you are looking to expand upon it I could see you doing things like dropping boxes on enemies to kill them in order to get through certain parts of the mazes. Very well done!

I laughed really hard when I read the story page. If anyone did not click the story link, go back and do that. It was really creative. I experienced the same thing as others some women follow- some don't. Other than that mechanics felt great, was fun to play!

Wow! This was cool. I was hooked from the graphics at the beginning.  I am so happy you put the move instructions on the game page so  that I could read those while playing. If launching on something like Steam I would find a way to  so you can see those instructions on page with a canvas that you bring up with the push of a button. I love games that teach me things so the way you tied in the symbols with the stars, overall A+ very well done!

The update you posted was a huge improvement. I was also having issues with knowing what to click and when . Updated version worked perfect and I liked the hash marks you would put next to the pin when the phone would ring made it a lot easier to see what to click. Captivating story that kept you going to see what would happen.

I have not been successful with it yet. It is also running into issues with textures/ meshes that do not want to display on the web  version, where as PC build currently runs fine. I am going to keep trying with it. In the meantime I also posted a YouTube video of a walk-through.

Removed the web-build option, until I can get that working . I posted a YouTube video of the walk-through.

The web build continues to challenge me. Thank you for the great idea! Built YouTube channel and created a walk-through of the game.  Link for video is on the game page.

It is 268,650kb. Thank you!

This is the first game that I am posting to itch. I am having a lot of problems with getting it onto the itchio web server, both executable and web playable are giving me an error saying the file data.br is too big, but it is well under the size limit. There is an external link to download and play it. If anyone has run across this issue and solved it please let me know and I will see about making needed changes to get that web playable re-uploaded.
