Solid puzzle game! Would have loved more levels (but totally understand that you had limited time), and as someone else commented faster rotation would be nice. But otherwise really nice!

Really cool concept and use of the theme, also really cool art style.
I feel like the first half of the game (taking calls, increasing connection etc.) in the small room was the strongest part. It felt like one of those great niche horror games that take place in one location (Iron Lung for example) and I really think it could be used to tell a really great story/make a great game.
I felt the second half, after I possessed Franz was a little weaker. Art style-wise and also story-wise, I wasn't really sure if there was a way to avoid the strange creature/spectre.
Overall though I really enjoyed your game! Well done.
There were some minor issues with the text in the UI during conversations also, but it wasn't a huge deal. (Windows download, haven't tested web build).
Cool game! I ran into a bug in the last room on the web version so I tried the windows version and the same thing happened. The enemy AI seems to go a bit rogue and they wander into the corner of the room. I was still able to pull the lever and finish the game though so no big deal.
First I really enjoyed the art style, and especially enjoyed the gun reloading animation. Movement felt good, but I wish I could jump (although I know there's no real reason to jump, it felt like an old school shooter so I wanted to bunny hop around).
I think the enemies are a bit too easy, I didn't get hit. I think if they had a projectile or were a bit faster (with maybe bigger rooms) it could have been a bit more challenging.
The idea of using the power of the gun to unlock/power doors is really cool, I wish there was a bit more done with that concept - it seems like there could be something more to explore here.
Enjoyed the game, well done.
Lovely atmosphere, art, and story. The characters each had great designs and were written well with distinct personalities and I really enjoyed the music. Unfortunately I did not solve the murder. :(
Some feedback:
I was never quite sure if I had new dialogue unlocked with each of the characters, which had me clicking through old conversations to see if there was something new I missed that would give me a new piece of evidence in the journal, maybe an indicator if there's new dialogue available? (Unless I missed this somehow).
The journal mechanic is really nice in theory but I think in practice it was a bit unclear how I was suppose to connect each piece together. Visually really well done though.
Great game!
Surprisingly difficult! Being able to connect on the diagonal makes it really interesting. My highest score was 340... it was going well until it wasn't.
Some feedback would be that I wasn't/am not sure what the unique effects of the connections are and maybe it could use some more visual feedback/juice for when you get a connection.
Otherwise really great jam game, very addicting.
Super atmospheric, I played for a while but could not find an exit or an ending.
I really liked the art style and atmosphere, the enemy sounds were good (maybe could use a little more variety as after a while they get repetitive) and really set the tense, creepy atmosphere.
I'm not sure if there's a way to quit the game btw, I had to alt+f4 (escape didn't seem to work).
Super cool!
This is great, love the concept and the connection to the theme.
The art is super cute.
My only feedback would be to make it a little clearer on drag/drop when you are able to connect things (it took me a minute to figure out how to make any keychains), and maybe some music/sfx.
But other than that a really cool jam game, I loved the PC interface too.
Btw does the shop every actually open?
This was fun!
Hard mode was quite... hard. It felt like I wasn't doing any damage.
Playing on easy mode it felt like after a while my auto attacks stopped working, but it may been where I was positioned (I was the mage so I thought I had range but not sure)
Either way this was super fun, creative idea/use of the term "power" too!
I completed both quests!
Took me a while to figure out how to actually play, I think having no text made it quite difficult. But it was cool, looked great and sounded great.
Took me a little while to realise you could right click/scroll right on the building UI (my scroll button is broken atm so I dont know if that works). I thought I couldn't build anything for a while, or that I needed to use existing buildings.
I think it was also taking resources when I was failing to build units or trying to put buildings on tiles that had forests/buildings etc.
All in all nice work for a weekend! It's tough but you did a great job.
Also I couldn't figure out how to get more than one soldier so I just sent one in at a time lol.
I think a day night cycle could have been cool to visualise time passing as well.
Took me a sec to understand that I needed to absorb enemy bullets to use my abilities but once I figured that out I had a lot of fun. Really cool mechanics and design, great art/audio.
My only issues with the game are that I wanted to play more. and maybe that it is a bit too forgiving. The health regen is quite strong.
Overall really great entry.
