Wow your work is incredible! Seeing as we have two weeks, you could make an entire soundtrack if all of your one hour songs are that good, haha. I sent you a discord friend request, if you'd like to talk a little more?

Godot has C# support! But I totally understand if you would rather join a unity project. Would you like to join a discord server to talk to some of the other people from this thread?

Never used it before! Could learn, but really would prefer Godot. It's open source and I love it to bits.

Wow, that's super cool! Toy fighter looks incredible. I've never done 3d modelling before so your portfolio is actual magic to me, lmao. My discord is @starsofcurtains if you'd like to talk!

Hello, I'm starsofcurtains. I have a little experience doing game development in Godot (I worked on a game jam game called Six Feet Gunder a while back) and I'd like to get back into it. I can do programming, writing, and game design and I'm pretty good at finding free resources on the internet! Unfortunately, my art skills are not the best. Let me know if you would like to team up and make a game together for this game jam!

this is awesome!

Really cool game with really cool atmosphere! I'm a sucker for the slick cyberpunk aesthetic, it's so good. The sound effects and animations are really good. The only things I would change are

  • Giving more feedback (mainly adding visual feedback) when the player hits a target or gets hit
  • Adding a spawn-in animation for enemies so that their appearance isn't such a surprise
  • making the bullets slightly more visible

Other than that, very exciting game, I would be excited to see added features like maybe a dash or a roll or some other movement mechanic to spice up the game. And maybe more environmental stuff like explosives you can shoot or robots you can hack to get them on your side or something. Love  this game!

Six Feet Gun-der:  https://nnizuki.itch.io/six-feet-gun-der

Pitch/Information: A roguelike where you shoot walls to tunnel through a randomly generated map to find three levers to save New York.

I'd like feedback on: Making the world feel more full of stuff. Balancing difficulty. Tile breaking in Godot?

This is a really neat concept. Also, I love the model for the witch, very cute!

Very cool game! The gameplay could use a little polish but the presentation is amazing! The artwork is great and I love the music (especially the little whistle that repeats every now and then, for some reason it always hypes me up)

That was the best "choose what you look like" scene I've ever seen, haha! This is a really cool demo! I love that they call themselve "Evil King" lmao. Looking forward to the full game, especially since I'm totally weak for "enthusiastic but clumsy hero gets stuck with very serious but also incredibly talented and beautiful royalty" stories, haha.

This is a really cool game! The atmosphere is amazing! The mechanics are a little hard to understand, but the creepy vibe totally makes up for it. Great job!

Can't wait to see the full version of the game with a story mode!

Very cool game! I agree with everyone that it's pretty hard, haha. It's also rough that the pour out station is all the way on the left, especially if you constantly pick the wrong drink like me, haha

Amazing game! The Jump game was pretty hard, but  I managed to get the high score in the end! Very cute!

Agreed with the other comment. The color coding is on point, and the level design isn't half bad either. The one where you have to climb upwards is brutal, haha, but it might just be because I suck at platformers.

The art is amazing! Also, there's nothing more anxiety-inducing than watching the flower you've defended from snails, rabbits, and mosquitos get engulfed by flames in the middle of winter. Neat game! I like the concept!

Hello, if you're reading this and want to play our game, this was a first for all of us, so thank you for playing.

I'm saying that here because after submitting it like seven minutes late we found out the main quest that would take you to the screen that says "thank you for playing our game" doesn't work, haha. But the main part of the game still works as intended, so don't worry too much about it.

Patch 2.0 coming soon!
