Thanks, ALEXANDERGGA08! Your map challenges, difficulties and achievements suggestion is in the backlog. A dry-season survival challenge or a mountain water-supply goal could fit Crownstead well; those modes are not implemented yet. Steam is still the long-term plan, with no store page or release date.

Update, 30 September: 0.3.31 is available, and you can now choose English in Settings / Opcje → Language. It includes the loaded-settler food/drink fix and worker-built access ramps. The full upper-terrace pumping route is still unfinished.

If you try ten minutes in a New valley, what was the first confusing step, and did the settlers receive drinking water? Please include the version and seed; getting stuck is useful feedback. Which would you most enjoy testing next: survival, water engineering, or the economy?

I'd like to keep the discussion here. When I can reproduce and fix an issue you report, I'll link the exact build for an optional retest. Honest criticism is welcome; no rating is needed.

Hi! We are working on Crownstead, a medieval settlement-builder prototype, and need specific feedback on the first village. Residents carry supplies, fetch drinking water and wear paths through repeated journeys.

Free Windows download: https://stackpilot-games.itch.io/crownstead

Current test: 0.3.6-dev. The game interface is Polish; English instructions are in the ZIP. Solo play does not need Steam.

The part we want to improve is understanding what to build and why a resident or workplace is waiting. If you have around 10 minutes, start Nowa dolina (New valley) and try to supply drinking water: B opens building, the page arrows lead to Czerpnia (waterhouse) and Cysterna (cistern), and V opens water information. Space pauses/resumes.

Where did you first get stuck: finding the building, placing it, waiting for construction, or understanding water delivery? What did you expect to happen at that moment? One sentence or a screenshot is enough. If you did get water working, what made it clear?

The UI and river readability still need work. This build has a fixed 128 x 128 map; world expansion and the redesigned building categories are not released yet. We will use these reports to prioritize usability fixes and describe the results in later updates to this thread.

English or Polish feedback is welcome. Thanks for taking a look.

Hi! We are making Pivumi, a cozy 3D farming alpha, and need help with one concrete question: can a new player understand the first harvest and how to add a garden bed without someone explaining the interface?

Free Windows/macOS 0.5.1: https://stackpilot-games.itch.io/pivumi

Have 10 minutes? Start a solo farm, plant and water one crop, harvest it, then try placing an extra bed. Stop whenever you like. Please tell us:

1. Where did you first hesitate or get stuck? What did you expect to happen?

2. Was the placement preview, material cost and confirmation understandable?

3. What would you want to do next, and is that goal interesting enough to return for?

A short, specific answer helps more than a general rating. If the game would not start, that is useful feedback too: include your OS, version and the error. No purchase or star rating is needed. English and Polish replies are welcome.

Updated 27 September, 0.5.1: fixed the build limit counting unopened beds and invisible unbuilt stations blocking land. There is a smaller placement bar, a one-step tutorial and a new animated 3D farmer. We have checked local game rules and rendering. Native Windows play and real Steam-account sessions still need player tests.

Optional co-op test: 2-4 players on the same version, separate Steam accounts and Steam friends, with Pivumi open on every computer. Join with a full PV- code or an invitation. Valve's test AppID 480 may display Spacewar; this is not a Steam store release. The host keeps the local farm save and must stay connected. No cloud save, host migration or public mobile build yet. Mac is locally signed, not notarized: if the system blocks it, please report the message without disabling security.

You can reply here or in our ongoing feedback thread: https://itch.io/t/7008968/start-here-pivumi-playtest-and-feedback-testy-i-opinie...

We read feedback, investigate bugs and reply with the actual version when a tested fix is available. AI-assisted graphics, audio, text and code are disclosed on the game page; an AI assistant helps our small team with development and support. The menu illustration is not a screenshot of the playable farm. Thanks for helping us find what needs work!

Pivumi 0.5.1: your first 10 minutes / pierwsze 10 minut

Free Windows and macOS playtest: https://stackpilot-games.itch.io/pivumi

Try planting, watering and harvesting one crop, then place an extra garden bed. Stop whenever you like. We especially want to know whether the next step and building costs are clear. One honest sentence is useful; completing the test or leaving a star rating is not required.

Reply below, or open your own bug topic. Answer whichever questions you want:

1. Which version and operating system? Solo or co-op, and about how long did you play?

2. What did you manage to do without help? Where did you first hesitate?

3. What felt enjoyable?

4. What stopped, confused or annoyed you? What did you expect instead?

5. What would you want to do next, and would you choose to come back? Why?

New in 0.5.1: corrected the garden-bed limit and invisible building collisions, a compact placement bar, a shorter role-aware tutorial and a new animated 3D farmer. We have checked the game rules and local rendering. Real Steam-account sessions and native Windows gameplay still need player tests. The Mac build is locally signed, not notarized. Do not disable system security if installation is blocked; tell us the message.

Optional co-op test: use the same build, separate Steam accounts and Steam friends. Start Pivumi on each computer before joining through the full PV- code or invitation. AppID 480 may appear as Spacewar; this is not a Steam store release. The host saves the farm locally and must stay connected. No public mobile build or cloud save is available in this playtest.

We regularly read this board, ask useful follow-up questions and track bugs. After a fix is tested and available, we reply with its version and a step to try again. Larger suggestions go into the plan. We cannot promise every feature or an immediate reply. Our small team uses an AI assistant for development and support.

POLSKI

Masz 10 minut? Posadź, podlej i zbierz roślinę, a następnie spróbuj postawić dodatkową grządkę. Zatrzymaj się, kiedy chcesz. Szczególnie interesuje nas, czy wiadomo, co robić dalej i dlaczego budowę można lub nie można zatwierdzić.

Wystarczy jedno szczere zdanie. Możesz odpowiedzieć na dowolne pytania:

1. Jaka wersja i system? Solo czy ze znajomymi? Ile mniej więcej grałeś?

2. Co udało się zrobić bez pomocy? Gdzie pierwszy raz nie wiedziałeś, co dalej?

3. Co sprawiło przyjemność?

4. Co zatrzymało, zirytowało lub było niejasne? Czego oczekiwałeś?
