I released a small native desktop automation game where you teach helpers by doing a task yourself. Demonstrate a pickup and delivery, finish the lesson, then watch a robot repeat the trip while you arrange the workshop and restore a miniature tram railway.
The complete game has a $0 minimum, with four railway milestones, three layouts, machine modes, upgrades and optional jobs. It plays offline and saves locally. Optional support is enabled on itch.io with a suggested US$3; you can skip payment for the same complete game.

Full-game ZIPs are available for macOS, Windows x86_64 and Linux x86_64. Apple Silicon Mac is the tested system; the Intel Mac slice is untested. Windows and Linux are experimental native exports and have not been run or playtested on those systems. The Mac app is ad-hoc signed and is not Apple-notarized; the Windows executable is not publisher-signed. Please read the installation notes before opening a downloaded copy.
Feedback welcome: could you teach the first helper without getting stuck, and what would make you try another workshop? Development used AI assistance for code, original procedural artwork, text and synthesized sound; no AI service runs during play.
