Very cute little game. Excellent work. Excellent game-feel, and adorable animation.

I thought this was cute, but I agree with a few of the others that the background art is a little confusing. I did not like the 'television screen that bites you' puzzle element. I found it more annoying to deal with than interesting.

I was really enjoying it until I got to that point though! I think you do a good job of teaching people how all of the elements are going to work.

Very cute visuals and a fun idea! I enjoyed this one a lot! I think it needs a bit more tutorial for the first run. It's not clear that you need to TERMINATE them.

Still - very cute!

Very cute little game. I love the character designs!

I second birdinahat's comments about needing more feedback. It also is very confusing about what your purpose is. I could not figure out what I was supposed to be doing aside from avoiding monsters. I think I was maybe supposed to be defending the tents but there was no indication of when they were under threat or where they were.

Cool little guys though! I liked the main characters a lot!

This is very cool looking. Excellent job on the visuals and animations! I'm not sure if you're supposed to be able to get out of the very first area, but I couldn't figure it out if so!

I think you've got a cool idea here, but I echo the sentiment that it feels like the engine is fighting you. I love the character designs, and the idea of a mundane job gradually ending up weird is cool.

I was a little confused about what the job actually was. Why are birds giving off Morse Code signals? Are we getting the signals from someone else? I didn't really get it, but the vibe was cool.

I liked playing Crazy Eights at the end!

Interesting idea! I love the spy theming. I also used external tools because I could not make heads or tails of the Morse Code instructions.

I got stuck on #3. I was able to translate it into English, but I couldn't type in numbers, and the letter-to-number cipher page also didn't work.

I agree with people that having multiple pages open, and a notebook, would help, but the code books are really confusing.

This was an interesting idea. I love the idea of a moth in a lighthouse, but I really think that having time pressure on it was maybe not the best choice.

I tried it a few times and while I was still trying to even write down all the rules I got a Game Over.

I think you can have a logic puzzle and you can have time pressure but you kind of can't do both. The decision to always have a flapping noise while moving but not actually be able to fly was also a bit surprising. I spent a while assuming that I would be able to fly up and down the tower but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Interesting idea though! Good interpretation of the them!

OK, that would be very cute. Thanks for playing Birdinahat! I am so glad you enjoyed yourself!!

Ahh! Thank YYNeko! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

I was the person who did the scripting for the action system, and I did consider adding some kind of push-back or cost to ending your turn and rerolling the dice. We talked about 'maybe you can run out of time' or 'you have to spend resources to buy food' or things like that.

I think, if the game were bigger and we had a little more time, we would have implemented something like that. As it stands, the game is more about exploring and playing around than difficulty.

I do like the idea of adding keyboard shortcuts for the dice too!

Thank you for playing!!

This game is adorable, and very sweet. Thank you for making and sharing it!

I love the idea of representing drone-network-land as the windows desktop background. Very silly and cute.
