Ok and what I mean is every time I try to go to we’re the sewer animals are it doesn’t let me an a message pops up and says “ I don’t need to go there yet.” Even though I have the quest activated 

I am currently stuck on the sewer part. It's not letting me go further into the sewers to get the rest of the evidence. Is there a mission I need to complete first, or no? Also, what's the difference from killing the plant and letting it live?
