Did you recently update OBS? I'm several updates behind on OBS because I'm personally not yet ready to update all of my extensions/plug-ins/unsure if they all have been updated to match newer versions of OBS.

Some steps I recommend would be:
> Deleting the source and re-adding it brand new to both scenes you want to be able to have them in.
> Double checking visibility in the Sources.
> Checking compatibility with different plug-ins if you're using any (whether they aren't updated, etc? Though I don't think that would really effect PngTuberPlus's functionality, but just in case. Like, removing one at a time & keeping track, seeing if eventually one of those was interfering?).
> Maybe try making the PngTuber Plus Source a Nested Scene and using that Nested Scene in your two scenes?

RIP!! Okay bet, lemme get back to you ASAP after I work on some other stuff & see if I can't help you figure it out!

So, I just downloaded today and had no issues (so far)! I'm also running Win 10.

The steps I took were: Download the Zip > Make a designated folder for it > Drag the zipped file from Downloads folder to the designated folder I just created > Right click the zipped file and select "Extract Here" > Wait for that to finish > Delete the original zipped file and open the program.

WDYM you tried opening in 7z? All you should need to do is right click & extract the files. I recommend uninstalling/deleting all files associated with the program (including in your AppData folder in the Godot Folder) and redownloading the Zipped folder one more time to give it another whirl? Do you have enough space on your PC's main drive for the contents of the folder that shows up in AppData?
