Its really nicely done visual and audio. I enjoyed of playing, but for me it was a little hard to understand what happening from start and how to use cards, may be it will be cool to add some tutor.

I liked the rolling mechanic, It wasn't intuitive, but I guessed how does it work. But maybe it will be great to add some tutorial or controls note. I would love to listen some background music and sfx sound, it would be nice.
Also I noticed that timer resets, when u die. Maybe it should go along all level to bring more speed running vibes)

I really liked the implementation of the shots, especially the possibility of automatic firing. Also really nice asset of cursor.
It's really cool that there's a simple tutorial at the beginning, I saw it for the first time on this gamejam, I love this approach.
The assets and overall graphics are well matched, the only thing that could be improved is the health bar UI.
The sounds are at a good level, but It maybe should has less volume. Also I would really like to add music to the background for bringing atmosphere.

Yooo! I really liked the simple style of game assets, this game is like Vampire Survivor, but cubes as enemies/character setting so calmy and relaxing atmosphere in a good way. I enjoyed of all game mechanics.
Dash is really smooth, i liked how u did that, also when i found out that it can one shot enemies was awesome.
Audio is the first thing i noticed - its super soundtrack in menu, that something reminds me of, but i cant remember. Also in-game music isnt annoying, its nice.
I think that shots can has more radius of colliding bombs and enemies, but on other point current state giving more difficult in a good way. The best next step maybe should to be upgrade mechanic like giving triple shot or big bullet shot.

Ive got not a bad record i think, btw :D

Really like monster asset, pretty good character asset also. Audio is like in retro style bringing good atmosphere, but i wish that music changed when monster is coming to bring more horror vibes.
Also it would be nice to has more darkness around and giving light item to the character, so that he could lighting up all around (maybe if character could set torches like in minecraft it would bring more interesting exploring mechanic and some horror).
I didnt understand how to exit. First portal i found didnt teleport me (may be its a kind of bug):

The second one just exploded, when i tried to break the rock with a bomb:

I think its really nice type of maze ive played on this jam. Its bringig interesting to explore it and has a big level with the possibility of seeing other paths.

Really cool idea with combos, i liked how visual bringing understanding what combo it could be with that perk.
Sprites and audio is nice, also i liked animations of skeletons.
I think it will be good if it would be learned combos like in Increment My Shinies (https://itch.io/jam/alchemy-jam-7/rate/4221832) already done learned recipes.

Bomb following by the cursor and throwing to the point feels so smooth! I dont know how you did that mechanic, but its really estheticly nice.
I really liked visual, but it seems to be more cool on PC version with better shader support or on crt or maybe LED monitor? Because its really nice colors.
I think that it will be cool to add more allies, maybe upgrade station or shop with possibility to buy them and placing like it tower defence or something like that :D

Thats why i would like to add several device support, too. Its really easy and give a lot fun to play game from another devices.
Bombs really should be not the only one enemy in this game, i feel it too. I would try improve my skills with enemies on next gamejam, but this (the second one after gameoff 2025) was really nice gamejam for me, ive got a lot of feedback.

I think mechanics of subtracting and adding bomb timer/damage/speed is super cool idea! I didnt see nothing similar to this and it feels really fresh.
Also i think it should has simple control bindings or mechanic to add a little more casual gameplay, because now i cant win bot with my claws lmao 😭
Maybe i feel that you should adding mechanic that will slow game, when bomb will be near the player character, to give player the time (from 1 to 5 seconds) to choose perk to reflect the bomb with. Even if you add key binding to each perk it will be faster and easier to remember controls. I've drawn the interface, maybe it will seem interesting for you.

Liked the visual and sound, character has really clean and smooth movement.
The mechanic of red bomb, red and blue chips adding more variants of gameplay, and finding this items and treasures ofc was really interesting.
As improvements for future I think ai of enemies may be more similar to Pac-Man for adding some difficulties to player walking on map.
Also I really liked assets and animations of mushrooms, they are awesome.

Really liked the gameplay - interesting usage of bombs, ice floor, all seeing feather - its really ups the gameplay. You wrote, that want to add first person view, i really would like to see it. But also wanted to suggest idea of adding both views - top down like now and first person. It will bring interesting usage of it on the big maps with all items like now.
Btw sound is awesome! I like the medieval style, it feels nice.

On start gameplay feels slow and calmly, but after growing more seeds and upgradings, i founded how easy to claim fruits. Also the balance of upgrades feels really overpriced, because on gamejams all like to have fast experience. But i think its a phenomenon of games like this - slow and calm relaxing, and i got this experience.
When i started to use tree seeds that sound of birds brought feeling of life on map <3
Also found little exploit - when u shortly press 'Shift' to sprint it increases speed, but save ability to grow the seeds.

Really good work on upgrade tree and UI elements, looks nice.
I found all potion recipes, that was interesting, i like that mechanic in games. Maybe if you add more recipes and simple mini-game for mix potions, that will be more funnier.
Btw I wanted to suggest do recipe book more functional by adding ability to use recipe by clicking on it.
Found 2 little bugs.
1. I spent all ingredients on first day and after second day ended the ingredient counter in inventory didnt update, but anyways i had ability to mix potions.
2. When i bought missing ingredient in the shop, i could not spent it on mixing potion, but also counter with ingredient updated after it was bought.
I really like you visual style, the gameplay feels like cookie clicker with more interesting upgrades. Thank you for done job!

Ive played 3 or 4 stages of levels, that was really a lot interesting gameplay mechanics. Nice work, really want to see codebase of it, to understand how to produce this masterpiece)
Wanted to say that its maybe very oldschool to reset all progress after quitting, but i think it will be perfect save player progress to give possibility back to game after time.
Also, all the music is awesome! Bomb throwing feeling really smooth and nice. Thank you for great job!
It s really good work for sure! I had vampire survivor experience, but this game has lovely gameplay! I liked the design of pico8, really nice.
Wanna say some about mobile experience, that was smooth, but movement stick has not quite comfortable reaction. As I understood buttons "X" and "O" has same functionality, but first minutes I expected to see difference, may be you should gave them "close" and "accept" functions.

Yeah, fire animations was my hard thing before submitting, so when I found out that it was possible to update projects after submitting, I ran to finish everything that I didn't have time for 😁

I collected the shells and found some place that the girl decided to decorate. After that, I went home, and everything restarted again. Maybe it's some kind of bug, idk, but at heart the game is definitely aimed at being a real rogue-like :D
