oh naw... I didn't, I played this on 0.21. What's strange is that I played this game, beating Richtor. I remember briefly that I got a cutscene of how I confronted him when I had beaten him, and then the content ended there. So I waited, updates later, I thought there was new stuff, so I updated on 0.22, the quest didn't work again, so I waited again, TILL 0.24
I had this bug for two updates in a row now, i thought its just update locked since im using the older version and not the new version, but after transferring my save file to the newer version today, it cant seem to finish this quest??? considering i have beaten the boss of the island and the update ended there during older version, i waited for the newer content to finish this quest
Because they often post it for every possible game to hack other people, thinking it's an update of the game. If you tap on their user, you can see the history of every single game they commented on
That's why, if you ever see comments like these, report them as spam and label them as "Hacked Link/file"
