Using the wrap-around to aim is a very clever challenge! The game is really fun to play. Nice work.

High marks in all categories! The music and sound effects are so perfect for the game, gameplay is fun and intuitive, and the best part is the story (and the ending!). Well done.

I like the idea of a crosshair. We toyed with the idea of being able to apply spin to the cue ball, and a crosshair would help that immensely. That, plus a dotted guide line or somesuch to show the path would be really helpful like you suggest. We're working on the physics now, but your other ideas are on the to-do list. Thanks for trying the game and taking the time to offer suggestions!

You are so right.  We fiddled with physics settings but without an understanding of the parameters, it was trial and error. Mostly error :)

I've added your recommendations to our task list. Thanks for the suggestions, and thanks for taking the time to try out the game!

Thank for the kind words. We agree: the delay is brutal. Those balls roll forever. More friction? More mass? /shrug

I think I know why I failed physics in high school :)

This is a fun concept. It took a bit to figure out what I was doing, but figuring it out was a satisfying challenge. Now to see how far I can get ...

Conway would enjoy this! As will I. Normally I'm more verbose, but I'm too busy playing the game to write more :)

A really creative concept that was nicely executed too. It is very satisfying when you loop a group of blobs. The music suits the game very well, so kudos the composer.

That delay is painful, indeed. Thank you for enduring it, and for trying the game. We appreciate the kind words and the feedback!

Nice shot! If we get around to implementing achievements, we'll retroactively award you the "portal two-fer"!

We appreciate you trying out the game, and we appreciate the feedback. We really need to fix that wait time.

Thanks for taking the time to try it out, and for the feedback. That wait time is brutal! We fiddled with the physics settings and realized ... we didn't know what we were doing :) I've added your suggestions to our task list. Thanks again!

With a week to build, participants will have time to polish their work. We'll be able to balance game mechanics, fine tune the UI, etc. Stuff that might get cut for a shorter jam. Do those things deserve a category of their own or do those aspects fit into the "Overall" bucket?

What's the downside to no theme? Will it mean comparing apples to oranges during voting? And, if so, is that bad?
