Hello,

I am requesting a manual review of my project page and account.

My game page has been quarantined and excluded from itch.io search and browse for more than 10 months. Visitors see the warning “This Page Has Been Quarantined” before they can access the download, which severely discourages downloads and makes the page effectively unusable.

I previously submitted support tickets about this issue but have not received a resolution.

The project contains a legitimate downloadable game build. I am the account owner, and there has been no unauthorized access to my account or malicious content uploaded through it.

I use a personal VPN for general internet access, which may be why multiple connection regions appear in the warning. However, these were my own connections and not signs of account compromise or unauthorized access.

Please manually review the quarantine status of my project and account. If no violations are found, I would appreciate it if you could remove the quarantine warning and restore the page’s eligibility for search and browse indexing.
